Very good customer service

Mike was very helpful and answered all my questions.
He was very patient and called me back every time I asked him to.
He wasn't pushy and was very friendly very good agent.
Gave all details and went through everything with me.

Daylight Robbers wanting an extra £800…

Daylight Robbers wanting an extra £800 for cancelling a policy because finance company paid 40% oft the premium. So these robbers keep the money and want the policy holder to pay the finance company back, especially when people are struggling during Covid time. Why did i ask for a monthly policy, Because i could not afford to pay in full, then when you cancel they want all the money you got plus extra to stress people out.

Best customer service in decades.

The gentle man that attends to me was extremely professional . We really appreciate his professional, patient and understanding. We really appreciate him in this pandemic period where people are distressed due to unforeseen circumstances that befalls us all. Well done to your team . I will recommend your organisation to friends, colleagues and family.

cant speak the the company but this 2 people :D

this was my only option in terms of sourcing actual insurance due to a 6 month tt99 driving ban. i wasnt too happy initially due to prices and generally the time it took to be done but since then i cant really complain. ive had to contact them on two occasions (this being the second) and the customer service personnel were actually outstanding. quick, knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful like they knew what i needed and went about trying to achieve it for me! - made it a easy and quick experience today (17/08/2020).
i cannot remember the guys name whom i spoke to (i would very much like to give him recognition by name) but the lady i spoke to was called "Charlie-Jaye Appleby". 2 of the very best people in customer service positions ive ever hd the pleasure of talking to.
Social distance drinking on me :) x

Doesnt even deserve one star! Dont give these people your money. POOR customer service with disgustingly rude people. Avoid at all costs, not helpful one bit.

Your consultant failed to fully explain…

Your consultant failed to fully explain the large costs incurred in paying for the policy by monthly instalments.
They also refused to send through the details via email so I could check the figures for myself.
When I cancelled the policy, the very next day, I was charged £50 for doing so.
I was also put on hold for over 30 mins and spoke to three different people to make this happen.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Claimed they couldn’t find my new vehicle yet any comparison website had no problem at all finding it. Didn’t do DPA with me so anyone can access your information and make changes. Had to cancel my policy due to them being ‘unable’ to find the vehicle and they wanted to charge me £52? I’m disgusted in this company and now have to wait 5 days for money back and they still seem to be under refunding me!! Do not recommend at all!!

Terrible breakdown service

Terrible breakdown service. My car was broken down in Friday afternoon and due to a long distance we have to keep the car in one of their receivers agents’ garage and it should be delivered to my allocated address the next day. However, the car was not even arranged a delivery in the next Monday. Who is gonna pay for the inconvenience for waiting the car to be delivered in such a long time? And I have no idea when they are actually going to deliver my car. Customer service is terrible since I did not receive any updates unless I contacted them. What and who am I paying for the insurance and breakdown cover? If you can choose another car insurance company, please do not consider INSURE YOU MOTOR!!

worst insurance ever bad service and i…

worst insurance ever bad service and i need to be careful with them as they dont explain thinks properly and if u where to cancel insurance they charge u for cancellation depending which month u are cancel as i cancel on month 3 they charge me £540 they are reap off as they work with different finance company and i even didn't sing any documents they just b...shi... will never purchase insurance with them or recommended very rude and not helpful at all .

Wouldn’t even give this company a star…

Wouldn’t even give this company a star if I could write a review without it!!!! Worst insurance company in the world! I was involved in an accident almost a year ago now and they write to me 7 months after it claiming me and my father haven’t sent them back paperwork which neither of us have received! Also they send intimidating emails claiming if you don’t reply to them within 21 days they won’t be dealing with your claim.... WHAT DO YOU PAY INSURANCE FOR??? tried to contact through email and can not get them on the phone! I will be glad to leave them in 4 weeks when my insurance is up with them. Avoid at all costs bunch of clowns running a buisness!

Great customer service

Great customer service. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half and I felt so comfortable and the lady was more than helpful. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name. Thank you for all your help getting me insured as quickly and safely as possible.
