Dont trust them with their first quote
I got their quote through comparison websites and decided to go with them as it was reasonable. I entered my account details for direct debit and to pay deposit after which I got a message that I need to contact them to purchase the insurance. Unfortunately, the lines were closed by then. Being a working professional, it was hard to sort this out during day. Anyway, I contacted them first thing in the morning at 8:30, that's when the lines open. I was told to scan the documents and send through. I was on phone for more than an hour after which I was told that my quote has increased by 1000. I was shocked. I had bought the car already and needed insurance as soon as possible. I had a meeting to attend too. I couldn't believe what happened but had no choice as couldn't have left the car without insurance. I felt as if the company took advantage of my situation. I will have to pay 2700 insurance instead of 1600 that was the initial quote and that too with 3000 excess. This is crazy. Please guys never trust their first quote, you will end up missing better deals.

Disgusting customer service by Haseeb. He called me and started asking me detailed insurance questions without any warning and then got annoyed when I said I had to have a call back as I had a work call. He called me later at a different time to the one discussed and then tried to sell me a policy for £1000 more. This was because I changed my info for having been in non fault accidents and for windscreen replacement, even then he pointed out I was being criminal by not disclosing it (although I agree it is important information , there is no need to be that rude as from my perspective I have maintained my no claims bonus and thus haven’t been in any accidents which involve pay-out) . He was extremely rude throughout the conversation and commented that it would be hard for me to find cover for any cheaper when my insurer offered me a much lower price than given, (lower by £1000). He then hung up whilst I was explaining that I would need to consider my choices, which was very unnecessary. Do not recommend, unless of course the other sales assistants are less rude.

In this time and age, and technology being up to date, everything could have been done on the internet and signed rather than putting all my details including bank and being told money has not been collected. Had to go through the whole process on the phone. Very disappointing
Racist agency!! AVOID
We were given a cheap quote online and then when it came to confirming the documentation they changed the quote and took forever to come back to us only because they didn't want to insure us. Received racist remarks from a lady called Brittany who works there. Very appaulled. Rubbish customer service.

Update on 11/11/2020:
I have received the right policy by now and all sorted out. Again, Jay Gada has been very swift in response and without his help, I would have been stuck in the wrong policy with a £1000-worth difference.
I'm now changing my rating to 3 stars not because of the end result but because of the sales team in general. This whole mess would have been well avoided if they do a decent job of consulting customers with accurate information and issuing policies, which is the core of an insurance business.
Let's see what happens at the end of the policy. I'll update this when the renewal comes due
Update on 04/11/2020:
Jay Nada called me 8:50AM to query about my review. He looked at the case and said there was a glitch in the system, which I can't validate since I'm not an employee but he did try changing the terms back to what I was told on the phone.
It is now 9:50AM and I have received an updated welcome letter with the correct price. He also stated that Aoua is relatively new to the company and she forgot to apply a discount to me policy last night. Again, I can't validate any of these facts and just stating what happened. Now I'm in the process of waiting for the finance company (Close Brothers) to send me an update financial agreements with the right figure. Until then, my stand remains unchanged.
Personally, Jay's been a great help, very swift in response and does know how to listen to customers.

This all happened today 03/11/2020. So people who are thinking of going with this company please read carefully.
I got a quote via gocompare.com. It shows up 1200ish if pay annually and 1400s if pay monthly. I called them up, gave the ref quote, spent the whole day giving them documents and then been told to wait.
The agent named Venkatesh Naidu got back to me in the afternoon saying it is all good and the quote I got will be the one I'll be paying. He promised to call me back in the afternoon around 6PM, saying they will work until 8PM so no worries on my end.
7PM and still no call so I called them up again, got through to an agent called Aoua Coulibaly. She asked me to send over the documents again, which I did. Then got put on hold for 20mins. She got back and said all good, explained the terms and say I'll be paying a deposit of 161 today and 118ish for the next 11 months, which will total around 1450ish for the monthly option. Took my deposit, set up a direct debit. Then put me on hold for another 20mins. 8PM, she got back and said all done. I got the documents sent through my email and happy to go get my dinner. 11PM, I opened up the documents to check and it said my premium is 2404 for the monthly payment which include a deposit of £161 and £203.88 for the next 11 months.
That is 1000 more than what they told me on the phone. I did ask if they could send me the quote to read before making the payment and they didn't. Now I know why.
This is deceiving customers. I'm gonna get my lawyer to look at this and will update. My Customer Reference: 11/NGCH02PC0. If anyone want proof please email me or DM me and I'll show you. Let's see what the law can do here but I'm pretty sure they claimed to record all conversation with customers, so if that is requested in court, my claim here will stands a good chance to win.

You have done a Great Job however and as with other Insurance Firms, once the deposit is taken the vehicle is categorised as INSURED after a few moments and; this gets entered into the MOTOR INSURANCE DATABASE.
I was advised by your Agent that my vehicle is now insured but on the very day as I proceeded to the washing bay, I was stopped by the Police Officers and advised that according to their System the vehicle wasn't insured! I explained but was given a caution, escorted back to my home and advised not to dive the vehicle until the transaction is updated in MID else I risk being prosecuted and the vehicle impounded.
PLEASE MAKE ADJUSTMENTS IN THE PROCEDURE AND GIVE US THAT ASSURANCE AND CONFIDENCE.

Abhorrent. Great if you are a new customer, you can get straight through to the team. However, if you are wanting to change you insurance to a brand new 70 plate which is not on their system, your in trouble. Been on the phone with several people over the past two and a half hours! The only excuse they could give was "the insurance systems are still down" - also got mixed messages about closing times, and now people seem in a hurry to get home, currently on hold waiting for my confirmation of cancellation charges. Otherwise I can't drive home!!! Avoid (at all costs) you will pay later otherwise.
