It came up on comparethemarket as the…

It came up on comparethemarket as the cheapest, so they contacted me and made me an offer, I negotiated and got better price than initial, but disappointed as the discount they gave me was only available if I paid in monthly instalments and not one time, which I didn’t find it ok, because with the interest I will be paying with the monthly instalments, I still got to the initial amount, so for me there is no discount actually. Next year I will know what to do better and what to ask for! But Stacey was ok, and customer service was ok. But I won’t continue with them next year if they don’t give me REALLY the best price

One of the worst experiences I had…

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company.

So many unprofessional ways of handling their business - I can't even believe they are still in business.

Insure Your Motor - remember this name and make sure you stay away from it.

I called to cancel my policy after they filed it mistakenly.
Even though still in the cooling period - called next day after I made it with them - £530 paid by me - is not going to be £440 in refund.
which will take another 7-12 days to arrive in my account.

Despite me calling the next day and putting a request to cancel the policy - and being advised that it will be cancelled in a few hours or worst case scenario by the end of the day.
Even when I called the next day - the other agent on the phone is telling me that the policy is still not cancelled and he can see the request being put in place a day before at 12pm.

It's been 4 days since - and still, not a reply, a call or even an email from them - trying to resolve the issue.

That not to mention - being hang up upon - twice by their agents, being deliberately put on hold for ages - since their lines are not free.

But don't take my word for it - go through other reviews and make sure you check google reviews - to see what other people say about them.

UPDATE: you write this copy-pasted message as a reply to every review you get.
if you really care - go to your computer, open the CRM, pick up the phone and start calling people and be genuinely interested in finding a resolution for them, don't just copy-paste a message you've got written 5years ago - sitting in a notepad file somewhere on your desktop or collecting dust somewhere in a deep burried folder.
Show people that you really care and are sorry - for what has happened to them.

Total scam

Total scam. They keep you on hold so you get charged more, received a £ 100 phone bill because the woman on line was so incompetent and everything had to be explained to her 3 times and every 5 minutes she was like ill put you on hold. Maybe she was having a cig. Completely useless company.

Absolute scumbags!!

Absolute scumbags!!! They took the full amount of the insurance when the policy was cancelled due to selling my car. Thieves!!!

Taking out insurance has never been easier

Taking out insurance has never been easier. I spoke with a man called Joshua Halford and he was so polite and kind, he was thorough and patient.
As a new driver, I was happy to find out their policy does not come with a black box so I can drive without worry.

100% recommend Insure Your Motor they were great!!

It is a great presure to Insure my car with Insure Your Motor, i was very difficult to find insurance company for meaning day before i get to know INSURE YOUR MOTOR. I have good conversation and i was so happy that my was finaly insure.great thanks to the company above all i will careful and obey the rule and the regulation policy.

Worst insurance company ever

Got a car insurance for the first time with this company. We i got my new car was at same time moving home. The initial monthly instalment price i got was about £88 but because i had no proof of address for my new home i had use my previous address and the monthly instalment became £155 and something but at same time i was told that when i got a proof of address for my new home i can change address on my policy and the price will go down as well. Today after a month when i am all done with moving home and called the customer service to change address the monthly instalment has remained same + they charge extra £50 as administration fee. And the lady i spoke to said i was provided with a wrong information.
Then i ask for cancellation and the fee they charge is more than £350.

Now if i go online and look for a new policy with another company i found the cheapest at £78 per month.

Plus in case something happens you have you have to pay £3000 excess as well if you with this company?

I think its better i cancel this policy and go somewhere else.

Reasons why not.
Had a none fault claim on my 16000 pnds Mercedes Benz in Early September having to make loads phone calls to them then to thier broker. Still not been settled after 10 weeks. Car was a write off but still not settled. Bought another car 1/4 price Value and a 1.6. Removed named driver as was young.
You wouldn't belive me when I say that the premium for the insurance on Mercedes Benz with daughter on was £289.00 a month and the new cheaper car Still having to Pay £289.00 a month.😡😡😡
The answered to my next question was how can this be.
Read the small print if you have a none fault claim even if it only 2 3 4 months into the 1 year policy you have a liability to pay the remainder of £289 until 12 month policy finishes. Also charge 50pnds to change over car details to the policy.
ALL IN ALL A TOTAL RIP OF COMPANY.

Do not waste your time with this…

Do not waste your time with this company initially I was quoted a different amount on the comparison website to the one the sales person quoted me. Been with this company for a year now there staff are rude when you call them. They won't offer a extension with though I explained that I have had late payments due to covid, they offered me 2 days to make the payment or they will cancel my policy. DO NOT INSURE YOUR MOTOR WITH THESE GUYS!
