The salesman was very rude!
The salesman who contacted me was very rude and got information wrong on the policy document even though I have double checked with him several times over the phone.
So frustrating as I have to spend hours to ring them back to make everything correct and take many days to get the recorded communication checked... If not, they will charge me a lot of money to correct their faults!

Scammers
Stay away from them. Only got in touch because suggested from confused.com as cheapest but they will bump up your quoted premium when you call, and you cant buy without calling them. They will try to extort you, and feel like you are being investigated because they will put words on your mouth so they can bump up your quoted premium. Time wasters full stop.

I regret being with them for 5 years!!!! I’ve canceled my insurance a month ago and yet they’re still taking money out of my account and charging me due to a late payment like I’ve not canceled it a month ago what a joke. Very unprofessional staff and time wasting.

Worst Company EVER!!
Avoid this company as much as you can!
Worst customer service I've ever seen!
I was insured with them last year, I changed my car but they did changed just the finance agreement. So when I got caught on cameras with no insurance, because the insurance was still on my old car. Now I'm trying to get a proof from them for a month and they keep telling me to wait in the queue because they'll help me. So I'm waiting, but no one picks up and the phone just hangs up. Another guy keeps being rude and hangs up on me again.

I tried to cancel my insurance both through email and by phone quite a few times. After x hours of calls they told us they will cancel it, and yet it’s the second time we have to pay another monthly payment to them, because apparently- IT WASN’T CANCELED ANYWAY!!!!! Insure Your Motor and XS DIRECT
Insure Your Motor is NOT your insurance company. They are just the broker/middle man to XS DIRECT! PLEASE READ REVIEW OF XS DIRECT! I thought I signed up for Insure Your Motor but NO! Once you check your Policy it will go up to £3000 excess. And once something happened to your car they will ask for all details and will charge you for everything! I was also amazed with their customer service. They will keep calling you to make sure you sign up with them... ask them about XS DIRECT!
