This company is absolutely shocking it is an absolute joke and i will be contacting watchdog!!! I have rang everyday for the last weeks waiting for hours on end to go through "reception" then on hold again for 53 minute i have so many screens shots of the times for no one to answer or to be told its my mobile phone reception an till this day my queries has still not been dealt with i have sent emails i even had all my family members in the house with a phone to call a select the option i needed on the hopes that 1 of us will get through an the exact same thing happens. But yet quick enough to answer the phone when they want to take your money. Member of the public you have been WARNED!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST
I was looking for car insurance online and had quote from this company for £981 with £3000 excess. I thought I will go through with this and be extra careful when driving.
I couldn’t make the final payment online and had to call them to discuss it. I called them and I was talking with Richard, asking me to go through the process again and make sure everything is all right. Asking me all the questions again we had to change couple of things like where I park my car. I was put down “ At home” because I have a private parking space at the building where I live and he said this is public car park and we change it.
Next thing to change was regarding self employment status as I have a company and had to change it to Company director. Ok that’s fine I said. All done.
After that he said listen to our charges on a pre-recorded call and I will be back in a few minutes.
He came back on the phone and said because we changed two things on the policy the new price now is £1620.
I declined it straight away and didn’t go through extremely disappointed.
Ten minutes later I had message from my mobile operator with £20 bill for the phone call.
What a crooks.

Got a quote online for my fathers car…
Got a quote online for my father’s car insurance via MoneySuperMarket.com, I made an error with the motoring convictions on the first quote, completed a new second online quote with the correct information, with a similar price of £1049. £117.35 deposit 11x £88.17
Phoned to make the quoted/agreed payment to be put on hold with a call for over 20 mins on a premium rate number (£20-£40).
To be told due to the change between the 1st and 2nd quote the main insurance provider (multi cover) has removed the online discount and now wants a deposit of £167.55 x11 £125.89.
A massive increase from the quote online plus the bill of approx 40 min at a premium rate (£30-£70)
I declined the offer, 5 minutes later I get a call back offering a reduced rate of £141.99 11x £106.69. as their manager has tweaked the quote.
What a con, they explained it was the main provider, but clearly, they think they can make up the price ripping people off.

When time comes to renewal the price gone much higher without any accidents claims, but I think it should be opposite each year the price should go lower if there is no any claims

Total rip off
Total rip off. I have changed cars recently, got cheap insurance on the new car. Insure your motor asked to pay £750 which I did. They also offered a policy on a new car which would last 6 months and still would be much more expensive than my current one for the full year. It's the only company that I have been with that asked me to pay the remaining finance amount.
Also, I have tried to contact them for a few days, when I would call, the machine would tell me they were closed after 5:30pm. And I called after 4pm! Then today the guy on the phone told me it would have been cancelled from today. How is it my fault they were impossible to contact via phone until Saturday morning? I work as well!
Edit: I have just received a phone call from a lady regarding this rewiev which was a waste of time. She started asking about my details without introducing herself and where she was calling from.
Edit 2: how about you give me your phone number, then I will call you and ask for your personal details without telling you who I am?

absolutely horrible
absolutely horrible, I made a contract with them for 1 year, when it ended they would not renew my contract and still charged me a £ 279.37 cancellation fee, never did a claim never used , disappointed.

First company ever that will ask you to pay remaining balance after you decide to cancel after 6 months. Descent company’s charges max 70£ if so avoid

They WILL scam you.
The company like to make it very difficult to leave. They will keep 100% of your premium from the get go so if you intend to cancel You're not going to get a rebate for time not served/you've got to pay the full remainder of your insurance amount in one go. They also don't like to answer the phones, and you'll be waiting on hold for an hour or so until it just cuts off. Avoid at all costs.
