Awful customer service it takes at least 45 mins to get through to somebody, then if you are not happy and ask for a manager it's 24 to 48 hr wait!!!!!! Joke

I paid in full online via compare the Market website.
Had a transaction sucessful message and all the documents so everything was good.
Went on holiday and had a text weeks later to say if policy isnt paid within 7 days insurance will be cancelled. Rang the company and they were useless asking for more than i actually tried to pay.
Out of principal i cancelled and paid 125 pounds only to receive an email saying i owed 787 pounds. Phoned the company and was told the agent has confirmed he told me i would have to pay £787 plus £125 and they had the conversation recorded.
Needless to say no recorded message and no answer to emails at all.
Do i still owe anything who knows ?

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I paid over £300 online to get the policy up and running and my policy was cancelled after14 days. I made attempts to contact them to provide my proof of address during this period they do not answer the phone and when they do they leave you on hold for extended period of time. They are trying to rob people, plain and simple. They are now asking for £232 to in cancellation fees and for the cover between 16/08 - 01/09. I told them refund my deposit to me since the policy is cancelled without my knowledge and put me on hold and cut me off. Absolute frauds.

Awful customer service. Took out car insurance and called to verify after receiving an email from them to then be told we cannot find your details. Asked for this to be raised higher left on the phone for an hour and a half for them to say they still can't find my details and cannot refund my money if they can't find my policy. DISGUSTING COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTA

Further update. Unfortunately insure my motor was unable to find me a decent insurance deal. Thankfully I found an absolutely amazing insurance company and I posted a review about them on trust pilot. Once again thank you very much for Leslie for dealing with my account in touch professional manner.

Update to my last review:
I've now realised insure your motor is a broker. They basically try to get a decent Insurance deal for you, however some Insurence deals can still be declined and the insurance partners have pretty terrible reputations.
Thankfully really nice chap in the cancellations team called Leslie is currently helping me secure car an insurance deal with one of the insurers but I'm not holding my breath.
Now I understand the business model a little bit more I think I was rather harsh with my last review. If they're able to find me a good insurance policy which is similar to the pricing of the other one I will update to 4 stars but only due to Leslie's fantastic customer service skills. Business model is extremely flawed.

Absolute scam. They changed the details of our application hoping we wouldn't realise as our car is very expensive and they didn't to risk having to pay out. Many details were wrong which wound have invalidated any claim. When we noticed, they said they any insure the car, it's too expensive. Complete waste of time on the phone to them for hours, and now on the phone to them to get my initial deposit back. Total scam, doing their best to never have to pay out on a claim. Avoid like the plague!

My wife Called to report an accident, she was passed around 5 different departments and then after 1 hour on hold she was cut off. When she finally got through the staff were rude amd have 0 customer service skills dealing with members of the public qho are going through a stressful time or are/could be vulnerable due to circumstances i am very suprised this company is still running, why the FCA or other regulators have not already shut this sh** show dwn is beyond me

Absolute worst company
Absolute worst company, no online portal and they do not make you aware that there’s a hefty call charge. Spent 40 mins last time to sort an issue and my phone bill was £30 extra, today and yesterday been on hold for a total of 2 hours which means I’ll be paying atleast an extra £50-60 minimum just to speak to someone. They also do not offer call backs and are just the worst company to deal with.

Worst ever insurer.
No calls or emails, just an upload on the portal that the policy is cancelled.
Called to check after almost an hour the advisor come and takes my details and asks me to hold until he loads the account, almost 3 hours of waiting for him to load the details and come back which he never did. I had to hung up the call.

I paid the deposit on line, then activated my portal via an email, sent over my proof of NCD.
Over the next couple of days I receive text saying you must contact us or your policy will be cancelled.
I rang the first day 4 times during the day, each time I was on hold for over 40mins, gave up that day, the next day i called them again on hold for over an hour, then the phone was picked up by someone who sounded like they were blowing their nose, and then went back on to hold, then someone spoke to me , I gave them all my details and was put on hold again. I was on hold over 2hours still no one spoke to me.
I will be stopping any payments via my bank and going elsewhere, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
