Wouldn't recommend.

Wouldn't recommend.
I set up a policy on Sunday night for a monthly plan. Paid £247 on the Monday morning they text me saying i needed to send over Info. The policy was for myself and my husband. They asked for my husbands license and mine however my husband has misplaced his card so we ended up looking at cuvva as they already have my husbands details on file so they don't need to see his card. When they rang I answered and just heard someone breathing but no one spoke. I rang back and everytime I got through the call was cut. I tried about 6 times on Monday to get through. Thought I'd search the company up on trust pilot to see such bad reviews. My car wasn't even showing up as insured as I needed the car for work I paid for 2 days insurance temp cover. I got 2 calls from the company Tuesday of which they didn't speak again. I had a 2 minute voice mail of someone breathing and not actually talking. Decided to go with my gut and fully cancel my policy and go elsewhere as I needed to make changes to the policy and wasn't going to pay the extra. Tuesday I rang a total of 18 times. Finally someone rang me and spoke wanting Info however he was abit surprised when I said I'm cancelling. But couldn't get through after numerous attempts he then said he would send me over to the cancelling side and would send me directly as someone is waiting and then he hung up. Absolutely furious as I was wary the longer the policy was live the less I'd get refunded. So I rang until someone answered they accepted I wanted to cancel charging me £50 to cancel the policy however they tried to charge me for the Two days insurance. Obviously I wasn't happy telling them my car isn't showing up as Insured so I paid Two days insurance with someone eles and tried the following morning after setting up the policy to cancel of which I could not get through. I ended up getting refunded £189. They said they had no records of my numerous attempts to call until I told him I had it all on my call log of which I can email screenshots to prove it. The biggest issue is trying to get through to them. It's impossible. If you needed to contact them urgently you just couldn't they claim their line isn't great. But that's not good enough. Two days it took for me to finally get through. Reviews are poor and i see why. Would NOT recommend go elsewhere and always read reviews.

Very unhelpful and awful company please…

Very unhelpful and awful company please avoid and stay away of it as far as you can
Has been ignored every single time when call them
As manny times I’ve been instructed to await call back it never happens
Can’t organise anything
Has been waiting 3h for recovery and finally get it myself
No hire vehicle
Nothing
I do have a little baby that’s needs care and I can’t go to work or even do shopping as for a last few days they are telling me they gone arrange call back
That’s what they do best
Please avoid them

Useless!

Useless!

Do not use this insurance company , completely scammers!!

Tried to charge me for cancellation fee which is not my fault.

Customer service is the worst part, the staff doesn’t know how to deal with people, once you start talk to them they put you on hold for at least 20mins!

Absolute SCAMMING, Whitemailing, RIP-OFFS!!

There's not a change you could make that wouldn't cost you at least £400 pounds. £3000 excess and £1850 for a car worth £5000. Tried changing my car to a cheaper one at £1800, and I would be charged £280 + admin fees. Went out and found a cheaper car at £580, hoping it would cost me less, but then I got a quote for £470 + admin fees.

An absolute JOKE the way they calculate the quotes. They're only brokers tho, except they only broker for rip-off, scamming companies. Not to mention that I was charged £450 simply for passing my driving test as I was insured for learners driver initially.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! You'll feel like you're being enslaved to the bloody company, and the only things that would set you free would be your bloody limbs!!

Shame full Company even after selling…

Shame full Company even after selling car and cancelling the insurance policy still sending the letter for debt collection even though all the payment has been done. Shame full never will be recommended to any one.
Insurance was in 2020 and sending the letters now, Horrible company experience. Even after being on phone couple of hours no answers from them to discuss.
I wish i could give them 0 star

Over £1000 in cancellation fees to cancel your policy within a couple of months! Be warned!!!

I tried calling them to alter or update my policy and had to wait between 1 to 2 hours just for someone to answer my calls.

I got so fed up with Insure your Motor’s bad service, including creating 2 financial agreements on my policy, quoting me in correctly, and waist so much of my time I decide to cancel.

I asked to cancel the policy because of their mistakes and the cancellation fee was also quoted incorrectly, Insure Your Motor said it would cost £605 to cancel my policy! £605 to cancel within a 2 month period - absolutely disgusting - but I was so mad with them I paid the £605 cancellation fee. This did not stop there!! Insure Insure Your Motor then contacted me a few days later, to say they had made ANOTHER MISTAKE, and that my cancellation fee is actually £1050 and that I need to pay the additional amount - even though they had cancelled my policy, after quoting the cancellation amount and cancelling my policy.

I contacted the financial ombudsman, who have been useless also. And said it would take at least 4 months to look at my case. I. The meanwhile, Insure your motor have contacted me and threatened to pass my case on to a debt collection agency if I don’t pay the additional cancellation fee!

Insure your motor is an unethical and disgusting company and should be avoided at all costs.

I payed on Thursday for my insurance to…

I payed on Thursday for my insurance to start on Sunday and I haven't yet received my documents not even a single email from a company to which I payed £700 and I don't even know if my cover it's active i checked on askmid and my cover it's still on active.
If I don't receive the documents or I'm not insured I'll sue this company and I will call my bank regarding my transaction and call them out for fraud this is ridiculous.

thee worst experience i ever had in my…

thee worst experience i ever had in my life i was on call with them ftom 3pm until 5pm without let me know they office was closed 2 hours waiting to answer the phone and they expect to wait on call until tomorrow 8am. price are waaay to high this company is joke pleas read and avoid buying insurance with them is hell completely disaster i wanted to cancel the insurance after 1 month and they charge me with 870£ cancel fee ridiculous

The company is one of the worst…

The company is one of the worst cheating people for costs and does not explain anything, and what's the worst, it gives false information with all my heart, I warn you and do not recommend this company, avoid calling the customer service from a distance, I do not recommend it with all my heart.

Stay away from this company very dodgey

Stay away from this company very dodgey and thieves.
Got insurance and cancelled within 3 weeks was told to pay £507 cancellation fee.
From the beginning I should have not proceeded with them. I got a quote on compare the market selected they told me to call the number to complete after doing this they asked a series of questions and the price kept increasing they went as far as to say because the 2nd party on the insurance had their own business the premium increased a total joke!!! Anyway please go direct to insurance companies in the future and not comparison sites. I’ve saved £100 on my monthly payments!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars worst worst worst worst insurance company EVER!

Work through another company close…

Work through another company close brothers so always being passed over from to another. Several issues of accused of not making a monthly payment and passed to another department on arrears separate to insure your motor and close brothers. Very distressed as rang both and said payment received but arrears team had no proof asking me to supply proof of conversations had, which how could I? Currently on hold and have been on hold nearly 2hrs at most we these, wouldn’t recommend and not at all apologetic.

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke. You get a quote online and buy the insurance and then they ask you to call a telephone number to complete your transaction. What they then do is, make up excuses to not give you the quote you just bought and increase the premium instead. Absolute waste of time. Gone through this process 3 times with 3 different quotes and 3 different people and they are programmed to LIE so you don't get the quote you have literally spent your precious time trying to get!
1 star is absolutely more than they deserve. DISGUSTING!

I insured with insure your motor I paid 503 pound deposit 226 pound for a month and I cancelled my insurance at the first month and now the emailing me saying my outstanding balance is 459.51 to pay more what a jok when I ring them they never answer I spend half my days on here but the never answer so please don’t insure your car with this company the wasting time and your wealth I don’t even want to put one star coz they don’t deserve it

Worst insurance provider there is. Over priced and cancellation took over half my prepaid premium.... for less than 2 months cover.... STAY AWAY. Hate to be the poor sucker who has to try and make a claim through these guys

DONT TRUST THEM

DONT TRUST THEM! Money grabbers. Emma in complains rude she hung up. Daniel "Senior Manager of Claims' is awful. He needs a career review. They all spoke over you. It's so confusing and not a straight forward process. Go will AA or RAC or Direct Line. Just know your money is going in the bin.
