Amazing!!!! Really easy to set up insurance for my dog. Unfortunately the breed that she is not many companies will insure her so it was so nice to find a company that could and with a decent amount of cover and protection too. Price was reasonable. Easy to understand policy. I have only just purchased so hopefully I won't need to use the insurance for it's purpose.

Worst pet insurance in uk
My dog had a ulcer in his eye which was treated by the vet 2 months ago dog insurance with this company waste of time and expensive I pay 116 pound a month we made a claim regarding above 2 months ago and are still waiting for pay out they have even asked for proof that we purchased the dog in 2018 they are a joke quick to rip you off but not quick to pay out don't use them I think they should be reported to insurance ombudsman and closed down.

Awful claim processing and empthy
Awful claim processing. Informed them that my cat had passed away after being hit by a car and was buried in my garden, which they acknowledged and started a claim. They then still took the direct debit for the next payment despite it being a full 12 days later. On the 4th November, I received an email saying that, as I had no evidence of the date of dealth they were cancelling it from the 4th November and not refunding the payment on the 3rd November, They have ignored the actual points i have made in my emails. It also appears they have sold me a policy where the excess is greater than the insurance claim for the death of the actual cat. Will never use again.
