Have been using this garage for 3 years now for all my needs, repairs, service and MOT.

Didn’t have a great experience last year (forgot to leave a review) but the service team have changed and it’s superb now, great service and very quick also.

Glad it’s changed for the better and here is to many more years bringing my car here.

Good costumers service in regards with sales,I cannot complained.But when its about technical issues,I wouldn't recomend.I bought a Peugeot 2008,and I thought that buying from a dealer,would keep me away from investment on short term.I was told by other to be carefull at rear brak pads,and I called straight away Integrity.They booked me for garrage,but when I went there,MOT technician came to me with an attitude:I am MOT technician,I know everything,you don't count!-and told me that I could run with those breaks another 2-300 miles.Tell me now:If the MOT technician didnt even mention break peads thin on MOT,which is a matter of safety,after all,how could I trust this company to go to them for more serious problems.When you pay a lot of money for the car,I presume that a mechanic should treat you with more respect,not to make you feel useless.
Just found out that rear break disks must be replaced.Thank you Integrity Automotive for putting at risk persons.And you dont have the common sense to answer at review.you should post bad reviews on your site,by the way.

Integrity by name integrity by nature! I placed a deposit on a car that I hadn't even seen, having trusted this company with their honesty. I felt at ease at this dealership, took the car for a test drive, the staff were really down to earth and helpful, making the final purchase an easy one. Really happy with my car, it came with a three month warranty which is peace of mind, not that I will need it, but it is reassuring nevertheless.

Had my car in for a full service and mot. Staff extremely friendly.was emailed a video of the health inspection of my car. Excellent prices. Can’t fault at all. Will definitely be my go to garage from now on.

I've booked my car in short notice at integrity automotive for a diagnosis of my rear brakes and quite a bad noise coming from the front. Integrity automotive where quick to diagnose and fix my car. The price for the work was cheaper than main dealers but the level of customer service and quality of work was second to none. I was always kept up to date on the work and a health check with a video was sent to me explaining the condition of my car. I would highly recommend integrity automotive as they go above and beyond.
