Integrity automotive the only place I take my car
I've booked my car in short notice at integrity automotive for a diagnosis of my rear brakes and quite a bad noise coming from the front. Integrity automotive where quick to diagnose and fix my car. The price for the work was cheaper than main dealers but the level of customer service and quality of work was second to none. I was always kept up to date on the work and a health check with a video was sent to me explaining the condition of my car. I would highly recommend integrity automotive as they go above and beyond. Integrity - A company that doesn’t follow its name!!!
Integrity Automotive sold me a vehicle using typical salesman tactics, including charm and the sneaky pressure of claiming someone else was coming to buy the car that afternoon if we didn’t purchase it first. Paul and Aaron were initially very friendly and accommodating.
Within 23 hours, I emailed to reject the vehicle because it lost all power and wouldn't start. During phone conversations, Paul made a few unnecessary comments to my husband, who was handling the calls, while I followed up formally in writing. As time passed, Paul became more aggressive and less professional.
The car, which was only eight months old and practically brand new, broke down within 23 hours of purchase. The dealership tried to blame me for the issue. If I could cause a car to lose power and never start again in such a short time, that would be quite an achievement.
It has now come to light that Paul sold me a vehicle from a bankrupt company brand. He doesn't want to deal with the vehicle, making my life miserable as an alternative and leaving me with a £46,000 debt and no car. I'm on probation at my job, so buying a new car on finance wasn't my best decision, but Paul reassured me throughout the purchase process again. Now I've lost my job because I can't get to work without a car and I am left with significant debt which I now don’t have an income to pay. I was even hospitalised due to the extreme stress this situation has caused.
In summary, after 23 hours of owning the car, Paul refuses to do the right thing. Save yourself the pain and hassle—go to a main dealer where you will receive the professionalism you deserve as a customer.
Ironically this company carries the name ‘integrity’ automotive which means honesty and strong principals.
Do not buy a car from this place.
I suppose this is the point where the dealership will respond with a polite attempt to shift the blame onto me and reassure other potential customers who are smart enough to read reviews before making a purchase.

As a result, this has caused a delay in the process. We can however confirm we are acting quickly with the finance company and working through their procedures towards a resolution for all parties.

Please avoid this car dealership at all costs. We bought a car Saturday afternoon and by Sunday lunchtime the car had broken down. We returned the car back to the garage for a full refund and he has been giving us the runaround for over three weeks. Trying to blame us for the breakdown and not wanting to refund us he has put my wife in such a bad way she ended up in hospital from the stress.
We have had to go legal. He has left my family without a car for over three weeks and held us to ransom on our part exchange.

Check to see if you can test drive a potential purchase.
We drove for a hour from Essex to view a Volvo XC60, we were shown the car by Ant, it looked very nice, we sat in it and it was very comfortable, then we asked for a test drive and were told that we couldn’t test the vehicle as two people were looking at it tomorrow, we could only test drive it if we were definitely interested in buying it. How do I know if I want to buy the car if I can’t see what it drives like? A waste of two hours of my time, I won’t be going back.

First class service!
I cannot fault the first class service I received from start to finish in purchasing and trading in a car at IA! Paul and the team were extremely professional, helpful and efficient with every aspect of the sale. Assisted with getting the finance in order also. Discounted the reservation deposit so I could hold the car for almost a week in order to test drive. I feel confident that their after service would also be a positive one if/when needed. Chargeable issue caused by part replacement
Went for an MOT, and was told that some suspension parts needed replacing and that it was advised to have a couple of tyres replaced, which I agreed upon and the work was carried out same day.
I was at no point notified that any of the work being done would cause further work to need to be done.
After this work was completed I was the told the wheel alignment was off, but they could fix it for £50, but the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning. This wasn't possible as the vehicle was needed that day.
After picking up the car and driving it for a couple of days it was brought to my attention how poor the handling was.
I've never (knowingly) had work done on my vehicle where the garage has caused an issue (the wheel alignment) and then been told that I need to pay to resolve the problem.
I requested them to resolve the issue for free, which they refused, so will be going back to my regular garage to have the work done.

I live 50miles from Ipswich and had arranged to look at a VW convertible for sale there . Having looked at the advert the car was priced at £8503 originally . As we left home and was just coming onto the A12 my partners phone pinged and an email arrived from the salesman that said " The price of £9129 is indeed correct. We had is priced at £8503 initially, however the market has since changed on the EOS with prices increasing due to the weather and our price will reflect that if you compare the market ". No phone call and if my partner had not heard the email drop we would have been on our way to Ipswich . Nasty ,greedy salesman .
