The shoes are very comfortable and is of high quality. Ordering was easy and was delivered promptly. There were no hassles and they do business straightforward. I highly recommend this shoes for anyone who’s into ballroom dancing!

Overall these dance shoes are perfect. However, I am wondering why there are not enough holes in the shoe straps. I do not have the thinnest legs in the world and still every time I need to make the extra holes to make the shoes tighter.

I live in the US, and was recommended this company by a friend because of the quality of vegan latin shoes. When I inquired internally about the best way to go about this, I was advised to buy regular latin shoes, find my correct size, and then return the regular shoes and order a custom vegan pair.

In several email transactions with different customer service members, I was never warned about the high cost of returning the shoes properly.

I paid 94 US dollars for each pair of shoes I bought. I was quoted between 90 - 150 US dollars to return EACH pair.

Now I am left with two pairs of leather shoes that are not my correct size, and I won't wear because they are leather.

I will have to find another company that makes vegan latin shoes. I am so heartbroken about this experience.

I have a couple pairs from years ago which I love and are still going strong so I wanted a new pair. I ordered the same size as my last pair but they are shorter in length by about half size. I am disappointed as I had to ship them to Trinidad and the customs and duty fees were very expensive. The shoes themselves do look good but sad that they are smaller than the last.

I always wore shoes made of lycra. These shoes always improve my dancing not only in practice but also in the competition. My favorite is lycra, currently wearing leather shoes that I accidentally bought on this Blackpool and this one is only wearing for practice. At first, it felt harder on the outside of the foot than lycra, but now it's okay because I tamed my shoes. Rather, it seems to have the advantage of being durable. Overall, IDS shoes are the best compared to any other shoes. However, the price is burdensome because I purchased it in Korea, so I am disappointed that I cannot replace it as often as I think.

I’m in the US, so I think that may affect my experience. When I was trying to place the order for the shoes, I couldn’t find the difference between the widths on the site so I had to email. The reply didn’t come in time so I ended up ordering the wrong size and now I have to send it back for an exchange. Shipping to and from the US is very expensive and I ended up spending almost double the price of the shoes with the back and forth.
