Desiree was awesome
Wanting to get away from high Comcast charges and unreliable internet wifi service, one call to Desiree was all it took to get me scheduled for my new service. She introduced all available services and was not pushy when all I wanted was the internet. We opted with the 75-75 option and set a date for installation. Thank you Desiree. You are awesome!

Great experience
I called to explore service at a new residence. My call was answered immediately with no waiting or transfers. Alan answered my questions, gave me options and, once I reached an informed decision, processed my order quickly. I've talked to every provider and this was my best experience.
