Workmanship always good and very tidy.

Darren brilliantly renovated our cloakroom, which involved replacing the toilet, sink, pipe work, radiator, floor tiles and re-plastering a wall. The project was on time and in budget, even though he had to overcome unforeseeable issues due to the property being over 200 years old.

Was having problems with boiler being very erratic and called Into Plumbing and Heating found on Google. Darren responded same day and we fixed an appointment to inspect it within a few days. Darren gave me different honest options and I chose to have a new combi boiler to replace my old one in the loft of my bungalow. Arranged a date just two weeks later and Darren kept me informed, sent through, quote and Jack and Kevin arrived as planned. By 4 o’clock that day, everything was done, cleared up, taken away and I had heating and hot water again. They were both very respectful, polite and efficient and I felt comfortable leaving them to it (providing a cuppa every now and then) . The next morning there was a slight problem with air in the system and Darren was straight away round sorting it out. I have complete faith in this company and know if anything goes wrong they will sort it. Great reliable and professional service providers that I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

I had a combi boiler installed and am delighted with the work. From the initial contact to the work being completed, the service was outstanding. Communication and speed of response was excellent, along with the fitting costs. Darren who carried out the work was punctual, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and tidy. I will definitely be recommending ‘Into Plumbing’ to all my friends, cannot praise them enough!

My elderly father needed a new walk in shower with seat as he could no longer use the bath for showering. I obtained quotes from specialists for walk in showers designed for the elderly and thought that they were quite expensive. I looked for a local firm and got a quote from Darren which was better. The work in replacing the bathroom was great.

Nothing was too much trouble for Darren and even when we had some snagging items, he kept coming round repeatedly to fix these. I would have no problem in recommending this company for any bathroom replacement/plumbing work.

We have subsequently had a small problem with one of the taps in the bathroom - Darren came round and fixed the issue (which was not related to anything to do with his work) promptly and didn't charge anything. Thank you

Having no heating or hot water we called into plumbing, Darren responded rapidly and was able to carry out temporary fix. We decided we would go with a new boiler, both Kevin and jack were superb tidy polite and helpful. Any questions we have had since the installation Darren has only been to happy to help. Rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to give credit where it’s due, after previous plumbers either showed a reluctance to help or attempted to ‘sell’ me the idea of ripping out my whole shower and replacing it with a new (which would have included breaking a tiled wall and replacing). Kevin at Into Plumbing came round 24 hours after being called, took the time to understand my needs, spent less than 10 minutes undoing a stubborn nut, replaced a flow cartridge and charged me a fair price for it (saving hundreds on ripping out the shower completely). I’ve already booked them back in for a boiler service. Save yourselves the time of ringing round and give these guys a call first.

We needed an outside tap which Darren came and looked at the work to be done and within a few days it was done he had done an excellent job we would always recommend him.

Boiler was losing flame and leaving us without heating or hot water on a very cold night. Called Into who were able to confidently talk us through how to solve it (was a frozen vent pipe blocking the condensation from flowing out) and offered to come out if needed.

We were able to quickly resolve exactly as described restoring heat and hot water! Thanks Into!

Imagine smelling waste and having random puddles of water in your conservatory (where your soil stack is). Then imagine calling a plumber saying you think you have a blocked drain. Then imagine being that plumber, who arrived expecting a 20 minute job. Now imagine being Into Plumbing who actually had to stay half a day, pull up my floor to discover a stupidly concealed manhole cover, beneath (and above, eww) which lay several cubic feet of unimaginable filth from the street's waste pipe system. They stayed and completely cleared the blockage, basically elbow deep in other people's sewage. My bath now drains normally and the smell is gone. They are absolute legends.

PS you can keep the rubber gloves 😂

My elderly parents boiler stopped working. I contacted Darren and he was able to come out the same day to assess the situation.
A new boiler was needed and Darren was able to order and install this.
