I’ve used Darren 3 times now, he fit a complicated tap in my kitchen island and has fixed 2 different leaks, can’t fault his service and is fairly priced, will use Darren moving forward from here on

We booked Darren for a boiler service and he spotted a couple of extra issues that he assisted with and went beyond the basic service we had booked, at no extra cost. He has also happily answered any questions we have had since his visit. Great customer service.

I recently engaged Into to fit a new 3-port switch box and look at a tap that wasn't working, and also to give advice on my heating system. After several clarifying emails and a home visit an appointment was made.

The 3-port switch box was installed, tap investigated and advice given on how to move forward. Another plus was that I was given an honest assessment of my heating issue meaning that no works or cost were required. Priceless!

Excellent service from Into. We needed three imperial radiators replacing, one of which had started leaking quite badly, and when I called Into, Darren came around quickly to take a look. The work was carried out to a really high standard, and I'm really pleased with my new radiators! I have now found a plumbing company that is friendly, helpful and highly competent, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We needed a plumber urgently to rectify a faulty lavatory and found Darren's company in a local network magazine. He did the job efficiently and reduced his estimate substantially as the task was more straightforward than he had anticipated. At our request he then gave advice on various options for a new shower. We would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Excellent job. No hot water. Darren came round determined issue and went through options and provided temporary solution so we had hot water. Was then able to book in with him to have the boiler removed and replaced with a combi one (I opted for this option as a better in the long run and had been meaning to have it replaced any way. Boiler replacement took 2 days to complete.

I had a water leak in my bathroom, the plumber came round and fixed problem, subsequently fitted some bathroom furniture, I was well impressed. Reliable very curteous. Would throughly recommend.

Darren came out promptly at 22:30 on a Friday night, when I had an emergency leak. His colleague, who was on-call, was not going to be free for another couple of hours, and I really appreciated him going the extra mile. (He obviously picked up on the panic in my voice!) He was professional and promptly got the leak fixed. He even cleared up after him. He had a busy morning with an early start the following day, so all-in-all a consummate professional.
