After British Gas left my work incomplete as they incorrectly booked it in, they just said I’d have to re book in and wait - I called Into Plumbing and Heating in the morning and by 6pm they were here completing the work British Gas couldn’t.

Darren came round quickly to appraise the work and gave good advice on how to complete the job and suggested ways we could save money to do the work in different ways. We agreed on a schedule and when the quote came it was more than fair.
Kevin turned up on time on the agreed day and completed the works in the agreed time. He was always cheerful and courteous and we were very pleased with the work done.

Had a mass leak on Saturday late afternoon found Darren on google, and within 30 mins he was here sorting. Would highly recommend and we will defo use Darrens services again for sure! No mucking about and waffle, that’s the kinda service you want and trust! Fantastic and you can perhaps have a beer now u less you get another call out!

Had to give Darren a call when a pipe burst in our airing cupboard at 6am on a Saturday morning. Darren was here within 30 mins to rectify the issue and made sure all plumbing was as should be before he left.
