Worst communication and service I have received from a toy retailer. Absolute waste of time. They take your money on pre-orders before dispatching the item. They then do not update you when the pre-orders are supposed to ship. They sit on your money for a few more months and then refund you without any explanation as to why they could not fulfill your order. Do yourself a favor and steer well clear of them.

Edit: In response to the comment below, no email was sent out explaining the cancellation, this is a blind faced lie.

Purchased an item using Laybuy and assumed it was similar to other buy now, pay later services, where the item is dispatched after the first installment. This wasn't the case, but Josh explained everything in response to my email, and when I paid in full, he shipped my order the same day and it arrived the following day. Super helpful, friendly and prompt assistance. Will definitely buy from here again 🙂
