Ordered some activated charcoal and received ascorbic acid. No problem in itself as mistakes happen, but just e-mailed them for a second time as they've completely blanked me for a few weeks since my first e-mail. Let's hope the service improves !

Very disappointing ...

Update - Following this review, the problem was acknowledged almost immediately and a replacement received in a couple of days. May or may not have been directly related !

I have been using them for many years now… their level of customer service is exceptional and very personal. Nothing is too much to ask for. The product quality hasn’t changed which is always a major plus point for foodies like me. I have had my delivery addresses changed without a fuss and many alterations to my orders in past all swiftly and seamlessly done. Nigel has been brilliant in my recent liaisons. Will keep using and recommending them to friends and family.

Above and beyond customer service! I had some issues with an order, and after calling, a wonderful man named Nige drove all the way from Plymouth the next day with my order and personally delivered it before 10am as promised!! I have been using this company for 4 years now and they are fantastic. Very reliable and super quick to deliver. But this most recent experience is something I've never had with any other company before and it just shows how much they value their customers. So a massive thank you and a MASSIVE recommendation from me!

My order has not turned up and I have sent several emails and I have just been ignored. Not sure what to do next but one thing is for sure they won’t get away with it! Having paid and not received my order it counts as theft really. Maybe it’s a scam site. Avoid at all costs. I will never purchase from them again. I just need to get my order or my money. What a bunch of crooks!

What a wonderful sack of herbs appeared at Dartmouth Caring, our volunteer cooks were thrilled. They have been adding that something extra to all our meals. The quality is excellent with no added ingredients. Our store room has the most gorgeous aroma now.

this company was very ethical. When my parcel did not arrive at my house via a Royal Mail delivery (despite me being home at the time), Intra Labs were great in spite of the abisimal Royal Mail service by sending out a new shipment of Vitamin C to me . Many thanks to Intra Labs, highly recommend them, pure high quality product also.

The product was sent swiftly but it was a completely wrong product. I sent several emails providing images and all, got no reply in a week's time, just crickets. I called them, goes to answering machine.

They are also lying about their Trustpilot rating on their front page, advertising a higher rating.

I have tried some of there products . I am so pleased with all the various items they do . Herbs and spices to different sort of salts . Would really recommend this company

We went to the North of England Koi show and met Nigel. He gave my partner a pack of activated carbon for free; a great marketing ploy😂
I am just putting together an order for more of the chemicals offered by Intra Laboratories because their prices are so good but it is a pity they use Hermes for some deliveries. I have a lot of trouble with them.

I highly recommend this company they provide a fantastic product at very reasonable prices, quick delivery and are very helpful.
I ordered calcium/lime flour on ebay for my mums tortoises, but i forgot to put mums address at the "checkout" I realised after and contacted them to see if I could swap the address in time before my order was processed, I was very relieved to get a message back saying "yes no problem, all done"
What I later realised was that I hadn't contacted them in time but they sent another out to mum anyways and for free.
Wow, no other company would have been so helpful or generous.
I will only order from them in the future

BBKS Today Intralabs were there I wanted some sodium thiosulphate talking to a guy there ( Nigel small) who gave me a 500 gram bag of sodium and also fullers earth powder both free can’t fault that will be ordering some more when that runs out GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We had excellent service. Our order wasn't picked up by the 1pm deadline for next day delivery but our order was placed with the courier and we still received it before the time we needed it. Excellent customer service at no extra cost to us. We would definitely recommend and use again.

I was searching high and low for a specific item that no chemists in Torbay had and I’d rang them all!
From contacting “infra laboratories” to delivery was less than 12 hours! Great communication and great service, I would highly recommend. And will definitely be a returning customer

Fantastic customer service, from this company , can’t fault them , after buying product through a third party and having problems I rang them direct . No ifs buts, they sorted my problem straight away and were amazing. So nice in this day and age to speak to a person and have something dealt with so professionally . Thank you Intra labs
