This is a great company that certainly know their products. Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help new customers expand and grow their own business. On my first meeting nigel gave me several ideas from new products for my business to ideas on how to easily package those products ready for sale.

What great service I received ! The courier messed up the delivery but Intralabs sent a replacement straight away. Highly recommended.

Using pink fine himalayan salt as a substitute of normal salt for some medical reasons since 2 years and have a great experience with this company. Had a complain once and been resolved in a quick response.

I use this company regularly to buy magnesium for my horse. Normally they are quick and effective, on my most recent purchase however I was let down by the delivery company ParcelDen. I spoke to intralab directly having not heard back from parcelden ( who advised me the parcel had been damaged in transit) and the chap I spoke to provided me fabulous customer service and resolved my problem to great satisfaction.I do hope that intralab changes their delivery company so that their great service isn’t put to shame by the transit company.

I bought some bentonite from Intra Labs via Ebay. Unfortunately problems with my post meant it was sent to the wrong place. When I messaged Nigel on Ebay to say my item hadn't arrived, I was very pleased he responded quickly to my request and then posted another out to me straight away.

I then ordered another one by accident thinking the first one wouldn't arrive. The first one did arrive, however and I contacted Nigel again. He was very kind and cancelled my order.

I did give him lots of messages up and down but he was very professional in dealing with me and provided good customer service so for that he deserves 5 stars. I will shop with you again. Thank you.

My first time ordering from this supplier and not sure what to expect. I like the range of products and that you can bulk buy. After placing my order (easy to do) I waited. After a few weeks, I had to call the company about my order not arriving. The team were really understanding, polite and a pleasure to speak with. Apparently, the delivery service was a fault. A replacement order was shipped out to me at lightning speed. Can't fault the customer service here and will definitely be using them again soon. It is always reassuring when things go wrong that you will be looked after and assured things will be resolved.

Wonderful products! So far I’ve been able to use the lovely Dead Sea salt, Himalayan pink salt, Epsom salt and magnesium chloride. I highly recommend Intra Laboratories, their service is impeccable. I’m looking forward to ordering more.

Nigel is a gem of a human.

I won't tell my story but what I will say is Nigel went above and beyond to take on the burden of what another company namely royal mail caused.

His drive for good business and customer service is quite remarkable.

He is saved in my saved sellers on ebay and will use him even over other sellers in the future.

He keeps a good log of his postage and is efficient in providing the item you want along with an outstanding service.
