I have bought from this company for years and the product quality is reliably high. This time the item wasn't delivered on time by Hermes and I was going to run out of an important supplement for my horse. Nigel immediately dispatched another delivery to arrive on time in addition to the one which arrived late. Fantastic customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Intra Labs and will definitely continue to shop with them.

I purchased goods from Intralabs on Ebay, my original order failed to arrive due to bad service with Hermes.
When contacted Nigel went above and beyond to help and immediately despatched a replacement via DPD next day. As others have said Intralabs have a first class service being let down by Hermes, it must be very frustrating for them.
My original item eventually arrived some days later. I would respectfully suggest that Intralabs avoid Hermes for future deliveries if they want to keep their first class service record.
I would 100% use Intralabs again but only by calling them direct to request that they don't use Hermes.

Purchased citric acid from Intralabs on Ebay. Original order failed to arrive due to complications with a delivery firm beginning with 'H'.
They immediately despatched a replacement which arrived within 48 hours via Royal Mail.
First class service let down by a 3rd party must be so frustrating for them.
Ironically original item arrived 10 days later via 'H'.
What exactly do 'H' do? Use parcels as doorstops?

Friendly professional staff informative explaining what the products can be used in and for.
Excellent would highly recommend the service they provide.

We placed an order with Intra Labs but there was an issue where the courier's tracking information showed cancelled anticipated delivery slots.

Confused as to why these slots were being pushed back I contacted Intra Labs and was called very quickly by Nigel who went above and beyond. He immediately arranged for our order to be re-shipped using a different courier at their expense.
Ironically the original order was finally delivered despite the confusing tracking.
I can cannot fault the service I received, rather than wait for the courier, they dealt with the matter at their own cost without question.

Amazing service right from the get go. Initially emailed intralabs in relation to their creme of tartar which I followed up with a phone call. The service was second to none and I had my product delivered within two days. Royal Mail could not complete the delivery so they sent out dpd. Cannot recommend enough.

My order from their Ebay shop was delayed due to an issue with royal mail. A replacement was sent at no extra cost. Great service.

Was interested in buying some magnesium oxide, I emailed intra labs and had a quick response from Nigel who was Very friendly and helpful.
