I have had and used many of their products for a couple of years now and have never had an issue or complaint. I recently contacted Nigel regarding a special order I wanted and he was more than happy to put it together for me. Great company all round.

I didn't receive order nor get my money back. They don't even respond to email.

I have used intralabs for a few years now. The product I most use is magnesium. What a 5 star product. However, the delivery by evri is totally incompetent, hasn't arrived after 3 days. Should have been next day. Never had an issue when dpd or parcel force. Intralabs dealt within 5 mins of me alerting them of the problem. Thank you .

Parcel went walk abouts with Evri/myhermes. Spoke to a lovely chap on the phone and merely asked if he could help me locate it.
He did what I never expected or asked for and sent it again with DPD no questions asked (I was more than willing to pay, after all It wasn't his fault and sending parcels myself I know how the seller looses our and not the couriers). Great chap and great company to deal with. Customer service like this will always guarantee a sale.

I used the Epsom salt for bath as got a bad back, after a couple of soaks I can feel the difference such good stuff.
The customer service team are really helpful and very knowledgeable, will definitely be buying more.

The company and products are superb- spoke on phone when a delivery went missing and they were extremely helpful and sent a replacement ASAP by another courier. Excellent customer service.
BUT the courier they often use (Evri) is useless -- 2 lost parcels in a short space of time.

Nigel at intralabs is brilliant. My order well delayed because of courier so Nigel sent another one out. Then it arrived and told to keep both no charge. Excellent service and communication ☆☆☆☆☆ service

We had an urgent need for 50KG of Xanthan Gum. We had never purchased from Intralabs previously.

Nigel was fantastic. He got our order together around 11.00 and delivered the bags to the local Royal Mail depot ("its only a mile away") by 12.00.

The Xanthan Gum arrived in Northern Ireland the next afternoon.

Ordered pectin via Ebay, which Royal Mail managed to lose. Notified Intralabs who responded very quickly with excellent communication and problem solving skills, sending my order again by DPD to arrive the next day. And even better, the product works very well!

Title says it all. Unbelievably bad customer service. 12 plus emails asking where my delivery is. Got a response after maybe 6 emails saying it was damaged in transit and they will send a new one. They went quiet again after that and no correspondence. 'Damaged in transit' seems to be their go to excuse when things go wrong from reading other reviews. Genuinely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs

I wanted to purchase salts but wasn’t sure which ones would be best for me. I telephoned Intralabs who were extremely professional.

After Intralabs helped me choose the correct products I placed my order online and it arrived the next day without a glitch.

Had a little hick up with the wrong item being sent out but within 10mins i recieve a call to say the correct item has been dispatched and with me 24hours later..great customer service. Will definitely be using intralabs again!!

The products from Intralabs have always been top quality. Had an issue with payment today and they were brilliant. Looked into it kept me appraised of what was happening. (It was a PayPal issue) and were really friendly. Wish dealing with other suppliers was this supportive.

Hi have been using this company for a long time for our equine supplements and have be absolutely excellent. Had a slight problem with our last order but that was due to the courier's and NOT Intralabs. Was sorted out by them straight away with no fuss. Will certainly continue to order from them.

I ordered their fab Himalayan Salt for me and my horses, a lovely product. Unfortunately the process was let down by the delivery company not doing their part but Nigel from Intralabs phoned me straight away when I queried where it was and sent me out another one. Nigel was really helpful, thank you Nigel ;)
