There is no way to download the signed inventory so, as a tenant, one ends up with NO copies of what has been said. Typical con to give all the power to the landlords and leave the tenant with no proof whatsoever.
Terrible service from Inventory Hive. The inventory co I used closed. The inventories provided using Inventory Hive also stopped working so inventories inc photos could not be opened properly at the end of the tenancy. Caused so much stress and difficulty making any deposit deductions . Never ever use Inventory Hive.
Fabulous product I cant recommend highly enough. It has made tenant disputes a thing of the past.
