Absolutely awful company we have been…

Absolutely awful company we have been locked out of our account for nearly a month now which is now putting our company at risk of closure and our staff going without pay . Invoices to go will not respond to their chat function or any other method of trying to contact them . Absolutely disgraceful customer service. If you value your business so not use this app !

Kind of way happy

Kind of way happy, but service Is going down and prices up 👇 First not longer supporting my language, And a useless joke of a chatbot. How many out there like chatbots?? The chatbot would be main reason why I should stop using your service, I guess is about that someone need to make more money, that you have that, kind of try to give me as a customer a feeling, of a quick help and service. I had sent them lots of emails to cancel

I had sent them lots of emails requesting to cancel my subscription and do not take any money,but they ignore all my emails and keep on taking money!
when you go to your account to try to unsubscribe,all the links work,except the one that takes to to account set up,each time you click,it appears one second and disappears so you will not get a chance to unsubscribe.So I emailed them many times but looks like they are just ignoring prposly to steal your money!

Been a uk customer for about 3 years…

Been a uk customer for about 3 years ,went on to try and log in a few days ago and the verification code that you need to access your account is not being sent,contacted the company over 3 days ,total of about 10 hours wasted and getting nowhere ,keep getting the same advice and none of it works ,just don't understand how this company cannot send text messages to phone that less than a month ago was working fine ,having paid over £100 a couple of months ago I am extremely disappointed and will now have to get another invoice app so I can continue my business ,avoid at all costs !

Extremely difficult to cancel…

Extremely difficult to cancel subscription. Each time I try, the page I need is conveniently disabled. Their AI chatbot is no better. When it knows what you need, it too fails to send the code needed to continue. Auto renews so you’ll have to go to your bank to cancel.

I'm a new customer to invoices2go

I'm a new customer to invoices2go. All of my customers have been paying for their invoices through the system and then invoices to go has been crediting back the amount to the customer instead of sending it to me and stating that the amount was declined. How can the amount be declined if your crediting the money back? So my customer will pay again and then the same ordeal happens to where I never get the money and it goes back to them. I've lost customers over this and I've lost money over this and I plan on not using invoices to go ever again. Their customer service is horrible by the way they say oh there are money declined but how does it make any sense if their money declined if it goes back to them?

I tried to open the app to do a couple…

I tried to open the app to do a couple of invoices and there is some new thing they are offering I am not interested in. Subsequently I cannot do the invoices. I tried the chat line and whatever I ask it cannot answer so it says start another chat. A complete and total utter waste of time. It is a good app generally but this is frustrating.

They limit how much money you can transfer a month!!

They limit how much you can get a month. And when you try to up it they interrogate you like it’s not your money. They seriously asked me why do you need it! How about because it’s my payments for a job so that makes it mine. Literally had to justify why I wanted it! Then when I requested having a higher transfer limit every month was told it would take 1-3 business days. Once three business days rolled around still have not heard anything! Every time I send an email I am told “your ticket has been updated, thanks for your patience”! Can not find a number to actually talk to someone! So if you are a business getting paid more than $20k a month would not suggest letting customers pay through the invoice. Get a check!

Incorrect overdue invoice emails

Paid two invoices by bank transfer, one on 15th August and the other on 19th August but on 21st August this system sent me two 'overdue invoice' emails. I contacted trader who has not replied to me. Why don't you know the invoices have already been paid?
