The app is great

The app is great, but the customer experience is the worst!

Loyal customer here, and I am sad I have to write this negative review here, but it's the only way to get some attention.

It's 2024 and I still have to request via email to send me an invoice for the subscription I make every year. The same thing has happened every year for many years, and this process hasn't been automated!

I requested two weeks ago that you email an invoice to my account department, and they haven't responded! I have to send it ASAP because we are approaching the end date of the submissions, and I will get a penalty!

If this issue won't be solved soon, I'll look for an alternative app.

Consumer here with negative experience…

Consumer here with negative experience that cost me $150.00 in extra fees just for processing. My landscaper asked me to submit payment through invoice2go this morning and after it was processed the charge was more than what I agreed upon with my contractor. Looking into further on my receipt from them I noticed that invoice2go charged me an additional $150.00 on top of the invoice from my vendor, with no notification prior to processing the payment. I notified my contractor who said he spent an hour on the phone with invoice2go and they reported once processed there's nothing they can do. I also tried to contact them but guess what, can't find a consumer support link or way for a consumer to dispute the fees. This might be a simple app for your small-time vendors to use for their business, but as for being the consumer, this is a complete rip off for me.

ive had over $500,000 in transactions…

ive had over $500,000 in transactions with this company over the past 5 years. Recently we were hit by a couple of scammers for $347.00 who disputed the transactions after we delivered balloons to them. Not a huge amount, however, invoice 2 has kept $4,700 worth of transactions that weren't disputed. they refuse to give us our money. they don't answer emails. they do not answer chat or reply to emails about these issues.
we are a legitimate business and they have kept all of the transactions from other paying customers that we processed for orders we delivered, over $4,700. we want our $4,700!!! There's no reason for them to keep all of our money!
what this would mean for you is, that if someone disputes the smallest amount of money, and you made $4,000 that day in sales, they will keep your thousands of dollars and not give it to you, then you won't be able to reach them in any fashion. they don't answer emails, they don't resolve any issues in chat, and they don't have a phone number to call. I requested a call through chat, weeks ago and I haven't received a call yet. their website advertises that they have a dedicated phone but they don't. It's a false advertisement.

I also sent an email to their attorney email, no response yet. that was weeks ago. if your money in sales is a priority to you for your livelihood then you may want to reconsider this company. how they handled us after years of doing business with them is unacceptable!!! we are not the only business being hit by scammers, however, this has been a nightmare. We planned to pay our bills with this money. $5,000 is a lot for a small business.

It's honestly the poor customer service that's made this worse. The chat reps lied.
I'm literally about to get an attorney to get our money back. We are the victims here. We've since stopped using them and are now with Square. who is working out perfectly so far.... this is so frustrating

When I started my Tech Biz

When I started my Tech Biz, Computer Captain, I did not believe it would amount to much more than a hobby during retirement. However, it didn't take long before I was producing lots of invoices. I tried two other Invoice Companies, but a fellow Techie suggested Invoice2go. It didn't take long before I was amazingly comfortable using IV2G as it completely fit my needs. Then came the China Virus and my Biz quickly slowed to a trickle - I was no longer able to visit Clients in their homes. I am 74, a retired pilot, and decided not to renew this year, as the need no longer exists. I will say, IV2G Support was always available and quick to answer all of my concerns, and or issues. Thanks to the Team for their dedication and support.

It’s not bad however can get much…

It’s not bad however can get much better if I had the option to have a job address and billing address. For example, Management company we work with have multiple job addresses and I will have to create a separate client to be able to create that invoice. Also it takes much longer to get paid because it make me go through this at her bank account that it forced me to create which is totally unnecessary. There is no way to change that as well so hate to hear from your staff that there is nothing they can do because I know I did not sign up for that knowingly and the fact that you trick people in opening a bank account at some random place is not ok with me. Other than that it good.
