Excellent service and product

Fantastic service from Iolla. Really pleased with my new prescription polarised sunglasses. Lovely classic style and a great fit at a fraction of the price I've been used to paying elsewhere. Superb friendly, helpful customer service too at the St. James Quarter, Edinburgh store. Iolla was recommended to me by a client, and I'd also highly recommend. Thank you!

I hadn’t heard of IOLLA until my daughter told me about this company. I went in to buy non prescription sunglasses and was more than impressed with the range and price of the sunglasses. The staff were also super friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a beautiful pair of sunglasses and will definitely go back if I need to get new reading glasses. I also have a couple of friends who intend to come into the store for their new prescription glasses. Great company

Very nice assistants who took their time to help. The 1st visit, I wasn't very well and the assistant was very kind and got me a glass of water. I am thrilled with my new glasses - they are infinitely better than any I've had before. Many thanks.

It was my first time buying from IOLLA but it won't be my last. I never enjoy shopping for glasses I have a strong prescription and a lot of the frames I can't buy. I end up with a pair of extortionate glasses that I don't really like. However shopping with IOLLA was a stress free experience. The staff were attentive and not overbearing, the options were fantastic and even though I was limited they went through every option with me. Even better it didn't take long and the prices were fantastic I saved hundreds of pounds!

I was in Edinburgh and visited the store - I didn't have my prescription but tried on the 'cola fade' specs - the lady was very helpful on how I could do this via their website which I duly did on my return and soon received my glasses - well packaged and presented - they are excellent and I wear them every day!

Very efficient, great range and friendly and helpful service in a pleasant store. The order was processed promptly and quicker than expected. Primarily it was all good value and I like my new glasses.

Choice of frames is great..although due to my face shape I do tend to veer towards the same frames, just choosing a new colour.

Ordered a replacement pair of glasses as sadly lost original pair. Paid extra £20 for express service and replacements were ready in 3 days. Fabulous service.

Supreme service from start to finish. I was left alone to browse the massive selection of frames in my own time & as soon as I looked like I wanted help, the staff came to offer assistance.
From frame fitting to returning to collect the finished spectacles was so easy.
The aftercare offered is also second to none.
I cannot recommend their service enough. Price plus service equals a winning formula.

Love my new glasses. So simple just hand over your prescription. They arrived about two weeks later.
