The glasses I ordered are great
The glasses I ordered are great, the staff in the shop were really helpful but I didn't receive a message letting me know my glasses were ready to collect - it was only because my husband went in due to an issue with his glasses that I was aware they were in store. Not a massive deal, just a bit irritating I couldn't get my lovely new glasses sooner!

Beautiful, affordable glasses.
Great experience in store, got the help I needed with 0 uncomfortable up sell. Glasses arrived in far less time than advised (they said 6-10 working days and I had them in 3 days) and are great. No complaints!

Great frames for simple prescription
I would have given Iolla 5 stars until I got varifocals. I love their glasses but they couldn’t get the varifocals right. I had two years of eye strain and was left to feel as though I had done something wrong when I took them back. I have glasses from a different optician and they’re working really well now. If you have a straight forward prescription, go for it. Otherwise I would be cautious

Great Service!
(I did buy a new glass case but the previous Iolla case certainly protected the glasses pretty well)

Efficient, fast and financially fair!
Needs to get two more pairs of glasses ( one distance and one reading). Had m recent prescription and my daughter took me to IOLLA in Edinburgh. Christmas Eve and glasses were chosen, lenses prescription added, width of face checked and eye distance. The glasses were posted FOC to my home address and arrived the following week! Fantastic service thank you.
