Experienced staff friendly staff (Meg) she was able to advise on the most suitable frames for my prescription and helped with finding a stylish frame that I love. Listened to my needs, and my previous experiences with varifocal lenses to select the right one and get the heights right 1st time. Great instore experience and fitting on collection too.

The girls in the Manchester store are lovely and helpful, and a great range of glasses to choose from.
My glasses arrived in less than a week, and they were happy to ho,d them until I could get there as I’m not local.

Friendly and efficient staff, and my problem with the glasses I broke was fixed straight away, and I got a replacement pair within days

The selection of frames in the store is great, even for varifocal lenses. I have 2 pairs now and have no complaints with service. One small issue is that I ordered soft nose pads on the latest pair but they arrived with hard pads so I had to go to the store to get them changed.

This is my second pair of glasses from IOLLA in Manchester. All the staff are super helpful and friendly, and the choice of frames is excellent. The best part is the price - £85 - which includes lens thinning!

Staff on both occasions were very friendly , professional and yet not pushy at all . So very pleased and impressed with the staff and the way they conducted themselves and the glasses are spot on .

I needed to replace my lost glasses. The young woman who assisted me was great as I was a bit stressed. She suggested I pay for the extra speedy service and the glasses arrived at my home in 23 hours!
I even managed to choose a different style of frame which she helped me with.
