Super friendly staff, lots of choice, great prices, no hidden fees and super fast delivery! What is not to like? Not going to go anywhere else for my glasses from now on! Simply superb!!

super staff, great unique glasses

The quality of their frames and other accessories (like prescription sunglasses, clip-on sunglasses for glasses, UV reaction coatings, etc) were excellent. The staff were approachable, friendly, and helpful, especially with making adjustments to enable a better fit.

I found the Iolla shop calm and pressure free for browsing with interesting fun designs.
I loved that each had different colours and were easy to navigate.
The staff in Manchester were very helpful and my order came through quickly. Colleagues are so impressed with my glasses, two have been in to buy from you!

I was ordering my second pair. I inadvertently ordered the wrong type of lenses right before taking off for my holiday to California. My customer service person set things in motion to send the glasses to my destination. I wanted to have them on my holiday. They were the Kellys animal print sunglasses. Thanks so much to the Manchester team!!. They were too cute not to have on my holiday in sunny California!!

I saw IOLLA advertised on instagram and wasn't too sure what they'd be like in comparison to other big name glasses brands. Ordered some tinted glasses and unfortunately I couldn't get on with them but the Manchester store team couldn't have been more helpful in troubleshooting and getting me a solution that worked. Glasses are now a standard lens and they're just as good as my more expensive ones from specsavers/ace&tate!

Amazing service and expertise in the Manchester store

I was initially quite anxious with choosing Iolla. I have been used to forking out a huge amount for my glasses and I came to believe that I wouldnt find quality anywhere else if they were cheaper.

That is now utter rubbish! The service and speed they have provided has restored my confidence and I am very happy with their products. My eyesight has gotten quite bad so to find out I can save so much money now is a real relief! Buying glasses is now much more fun! Thankyou!
