This is a brilliant and amazing shop! I bought a pair of prescription glasses but when they arrived the lens were not right. Turns out that Boots had got the prescription wrong BUT Iolla could not have helped more. They arranged for a correction and a new pair for me with no charge. Jaz really went the extra mile with brilliant service and attention to detail. I was with a friend who also noticed how good they are - and were both going to get sunglasses made up here, too. 💯 Thank you, Iolla!

I’ve worn glasses all my life.
Have a complex prescription and astigmatism.
Due to the cost of lenses, and more importantly for me, the thinning of the lenses, I’ve only really ever had glasses as a necessity. Always been envious of the people who would wear them as a “fashion piece” and have numerous different frames.
That has all changed since I’ve found iolla. I did not believe it when I placed my first order as the cost was around a quarter of what I used to pay, including the lense thinning. But they came through, and I even ordered the clip on sunglasses for the frame.
It’s around 2 years later, and just picked up my 6th frame and each experience has been as good as the first. Two of those frames have the summer tints which is something I have always wanted.
I’ve recommended iolla to everyone I know who wear glasses.
I just hope they stay around for a good while.

I went into Iolla for the first time recently, looking for somewhere to provide styling tips as I find it overwhelming to shop for new everyday glasses.
Jas, the assistant manager was approachable, friendly and knew her products very well. Her service helped me make a confident decision in my purchase of two pairs of glasses, one for work and one for a more dressy setting.
It’s important to note that there is no eye testing service, so if you’re looking for a new look - you can head in with your latest prescription or you can also upload your prescription via their web portal after your purchase, simple!

I had been looking for round narrow frames for a long time before finding the black and tortoiseshell Macdonald frames so I bought both.
Sadly I wanted bifocals so had to get the prescription filled elsewhere thus costing a lot more than varifocals from Iolla, but worth it as I love the frames

Great customer service the staff are super helpful and friendly, lovely buying experience lots of styles to choose from and the sunglasses are good quality. I would purchase from this shop again.

Went to the Manchester store as recommended by my daughter. Amazing service, friendly and patient assistants. Nothing was too much trouble. So many frames to choose from I wanted a pair for every day of the week Will definitely be back for my next pair.

Everything about IOLLA is great - the store, product and service! I ordered my glasses in the Manchester store and forgot my prescription at home so LOVED that I could still order the glasses and upload my prescription when I got home. The store team were really friendly, I like the transparent pricing model. Laura from the customer care team was great when I called to request a receipt to claim back the cost from work. So overall a really great experience!

Great service and help from the staff in Manchester. No rush, glasses carefully measured and everything clearly explained. Glass of Prosecco undoubtedly smoothed the process!

Loved the choice of frames and amazing price for single lens prescription. Only reason they get 4 stars is waiting time for glasses to be ready. 2 weeks :-(. Apart from that I would recommend and shop there again. Vibe in store is pretty cool too
