Great staff too.

From going into the shop in St Ann's Square, Manchester I thought the selection of frames was excellent, the wide variety and value was amazing and the support from staff was a very nice service, [not always on offer in many shops]. When I received my glasses on time, as promised, in a lovely case, I put them on and they were perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lots of choice and so simple, knowing that everything is the same price makes it so much more simple, only have to think about which pair suits you best. Really efficient service on the shop floor and delivery. Feel like really good high quality glasses for a fraction of the price, staff always friendly, I have 4 pairs of iolla glasses now and I love them all! All the team really nice as well.. credit to the staff, really informative and helpful but also leave you to it if you want that too!

Staff at the Manchester store couldn't be more helpful, even retrieving their own glasses and walking outside so I could see transition lenses in action! Very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction for my prescription strength.

From the moment I walked into this lovely store I was amazed by the quality, contemporary eyewear available. The price was unbelievable - I met 4 members of staff throughout the process - all attentive and charming. I messed up my prescription - completely my fault but my glasses were modified free of charge. The whole experience was seamless, professional an absolute joy. IOLLA were recommended to me but surpassed my expectations …. and yes, I love my new eyewear 🙂 EXCELLENT xx

It was such an easy process to buy my glasses. I was measured up and my prescription was taken and then I received my glasses, with my sun shade clip ons within the expected time frame. I love my new glasses! The shop assistants are also always lovely and helpful whenever I've gone into the store.

When I saw the new season's tints and fades, I got really excited at the prospect of getting a new pair of glasses for the summer in a more lively colourway. The staff at the Manchester store could not have been more helpful and their service was exemplary - that element would receive a 5 star rating. However, the new range is not available for varifocals, presumably due to the price, and the fades are also not available for prescriptions above a certain level, which is a very great shame. I did get a pair of sunglasses with one of the new tints in my distance prescription, as I do try to be out and about in the sunshine (when we have it). But I do rather hanker after a pair of glasses in one of the new fades which mark IOLLA out from other opticians.

The staff were very helpful and the glasses are great. I hadn’t heard of the company before and wasn’t sure if the quality would be as good as they promised, considering the low price, but I’m really pleased. My glasses are fantastic and I’ve met a few other people with this make recently who are equally impressed. I really like the fact that the glasses only have the logo on the inside of the arm too, I really don’t like logos on glasses. Highly recommend.

Great glasses and pleasant staff. Not entirely happy with positioning of focal points on varifocals and zero follow up from company bar the call to complete a trust pilot review. I'm guessing I'm an expection given this confidence. Trying for a little longer in case it is getting used to new set up and then follow up with an optician..

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to get to the root cause of an issue when my glasses weren't quite right due to prescription problems
