I have been searching around for sunglasses that could fit my small face and provide fast delivery service (I had a trip in a week and my original sunglasses broke). Turned out, I discovered IOLLA and they have many frames that could fit perfectly with me. Their staff are very helpful and can provide very useful suggestions to me as well.

Will definitely go back again if I want to get another pair of glasses!

I have had many presripton glasses hover the years and pead alot more money. But none have been as good as my latest pear from LOLLA .And the staff are very professional and polite i would recommend the shop in Manchester to everyone.

Staff member was really helpful and patient when I was choosing my glasses. She was knowledgeable and professional when fitting them.
I had varifocals and reactolites they came within 9 working days and they are lovely. My left prescription is quite strong but the lens has been thinned down perfectly. Thank you for a very good service.

Good range and choice of glasses. Great value for money as included thinner lenses and protective coating, also optional clip on sunglasses.

Great customer service. Lovely frames. Ordered the advanced varifocal lenses but they are only really good for distance and perhaps mid distance. I can’t use them for reading at all. Feel like I paid extra money for no good reason.

10/10 and a brilliant experience! The Iolla store looks fantastic, and the range of glasses inside didn't disappoint! Customer service was spot on, offering advice and style support in a friendly manner which helped me find my new everyday frame.

Fitting before purchasing was in-depth, PD measured on the frames themselves which has given me the clearest vision yet!

Just over a week from ordering to being able to pick up in store, and to have the frames adjusted as needed for the perfect fit.

Stylish, inexpensive glasses. Have a high prescription and complex lenses but good enough to use as sunglasses. Staff were great.

The young lady in the shop very attentive and very knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable also when I picked up my glasses could not say what good quality they are.

I purchased a frame in store and the sales placed the order for me and shipped it to where I live. However, no one ever mentioned anything about the student discount they offered, literally nothing. I found out one week later in the store, when they promoted the product to other customer while I was shopping for sunglasses. I inquired about the discount and showed them my receipt, they said it was too late. Frustrating and poor service.

Glasses were great service and staff excellent - just 10 days is a long time for delivery

I lost my reading glasses and it was easy process to order the exact same pair and pick up from the store. Being able to speak to a human being also made a refreshing change. Moreover I was able to apply a 20% off discount because my original order was incorrect. So I used it to pay for express service

I visited the Manchester store last month I had heard a lot about iolla and was interested in finding out what they were about I was greeted with hello by 2 young ladies as I entered the shop after that I didn’t receive any encouragement from the assistants what so ever they looked like they didn’t want to be there I soon left feeling disappointed it wasn’t a good experience I probably won’t go back!
