Extremely Professional and easy to deal with.
Ordered bathroom tiles online. Great price and beautiful tiles. Excellent communication regarding delivery which arrived two days earlier than advised. We were unable to check the tiles when delivered because we had 19 packets and they were very heavy. Unfortunately the last two packets at the bottom were cracked and unusable. Contacted Iperceramica they asked for photos, opened a complaint file and then dispatched two new packs of tiles to us in order that we could finish our bathroom. Very professional company with excellent customer care follow up. We will order from them again because of their customer care, beautiful products and great prices.
