No planning security!
I have found tasteful tiles at a competitive price - however, at the shop I had to correct a mistaken order (beige instead of grey!) and until now I have only a tentative date of availability.
Customers need to plan their restructurations, and other service providers can be lined up only based on the availability of the tiles. I really do not see why buyers don't get a minimum of +/- three days for when to expect the product!

Disappointing service
VERY BAD SERVICE
In the shop it is difficult to receive useful information and anyone's full attention, so assistants are to busy with computers to dedicate themselves to customers
The online service is no better: they were 2 weeks late from their guaranteed delivery time. They gave no valuable information other than vague excuses to why they were rubbing late. And if they do give more precise indications they are again late in their promises
