Positive experience
The staff works as a team. This reflects a harmonious atmosphere. We were assisted by Lorenzo. He went out of his way to see that we were happy during the tile selection process.

I had many broken tiles in my first…
I had many broken tiles in my first delivery, but they were replaced without any issue in a matter of 2 weeks.
I was lucky this did not affect my works as these were not started yet. I would suggest that one has all materials needed in hand before works are started .
I have extra tiles which were ordered in accordance to calculations done by Iperceramica. I await that I will refunded for these to complement the good service received so far.
