I'm working with them since 2 years without no problem. They have great service, tools and team.
With love to my account manager Deivydas. :)

Great platform which streamlines IP management and provisioning. Our account manager Deivydas is fantastic

Don't count on them if you need something quick, they say the IP provider has up to 48 hours and if it takes longer they just ignore you. Cost me a lot to deal with them

I can say about this company like: Meh...
A lot of issues. Very disrecpectful. Ignorant. To add additional ASN - you need to pass 9 laps of hell. They can remove your RPKI and say that this is your fault.
One time they again removed the RPKI and said that i didn't pay in the time and my subnet was terminated. When i sent to them screenshot that subnet was paid in 1 hour after the invoice - they just ignored me. So you can wait here:
- Ignore
- Disrespect
- Very very long support time

New customer. The purchase process was easy enough, but everything after that has been painful. The most frustrating part is how slow they are to respond to tickets. Each response to the same ticket takes between 24 and 48 hours. Imagine trying to resolve an issue with that sort of interaction (or lack there of) in the mix.

Purchased a /23 with the intention of announcing 2x /24's in different places. IPXO refuses to generate LOA's for each /24, when perfectly possible.

Terrible. I leased a /24 for over a year. An expired credit card went unnoticed. With zero warning *on the due date*, the company sent an email saying the lease was terminated, and immediately started announcing the block from a different ASN and revoked the related authorizations. This resulted in near-instant loss of connectivity for everything using the block.
Customer support was entirely unhelpful. Their only resolution? Re-lease the block AT A HIGHER PRICE. So to get connectivity back to the systems using the block, I was basically extorted over a minor billing error.
Will never use this company again.
Edit/Update: Notice how their reply completely ignores the main issues I presented and tries to shift blame for the experience over to me. haha. Already conceded there was a minor billing issue. That doesn't excuse any of the other behavior, including the huge price hike and instant downtime.

My company has been left for 9 hours with no reply to an urgent ticket.
Its almost as if support is ignoring the tickets below because they have made an error and cannot fix it now.

Edit: It wasn't their fault!
In short: On 21st August 2023, my unique AS number was finally registered. I wanted to assign the new AS to the rented IP address, but unfortunately, I was met with an error message advising me to contact support since the AS number wasn't yet in the ipxo unique database. So I reached out to them. They promised it would be updated within 48 hours and if it wasn't, to contact them again. Well, it wasn't, so I contacted them again. The entire conversation can be found at the link!
Avoid them, the company is not customer-friendly!

A few months ago, I created a user account in this company with a legitimate company and a clear identity. For the first time, I rented a /24 subnet from this site yesterday, and my account was closed in the morning. They created a support ticket and it was announced that the credit card was suspended due to not matching the company account, while I was using this website for the first time and did not know about this rule! I am the owner of the company and sometimes I pay with my personal card in many big companies and the first site that suspends the service without warning or request to fix it. she continues to support: I must say that the registration should not have been approved in the first place!
Transparent identity, initial authentication and then suspension makes it impossible to trust this company, if it is an official and registered company with a real identity and even the credit card used was with the same identity! It was also announced in a part of the ticket: the account will stay closed due to our KYC policies which I cannot disclose
In my opinion, the company itself is a scammer who mentions these things and cloes the account despite full authentication?
I am writing this comment so that other users will be aware that this company may close your user account without notice! Even though they have approved your user account at the beginning of the work. So beware of unmanaged unsustainable company.
Of course, it is also worth mentioning that the amount has been refunded to my credit card.

To anyone looking to rent IPv4 space, just use Interlir or find a private provider. Stay as far away from this company as possible. They have 50% of ASN's in America blocked and then when you ask for a refund they won't give it. Then when you have a ASN that you finally use it takes days to get setup, just to get pulled midway through the month. Really guys, stay away from this company. Invest the few extra dollars a month into a reliable IP block that you will have no problems and save the headaches on.

IPXO is a scam company that facilitates scammers and gives them the ability to send malware and phishing emails. I hope law enforcement shut them down. I had sent CEASE AND DESIST notices in the past with the phishing emails from the scammers and header that they are providing their services for and received no response from them whatsoever. Either they themselves are the scammers or they are knowingly supporting the scammers.
Excellent company, have helped our client not only monetise spare IP addresses successfully, but go above and beyond to help improve IP reputation management as part of the package. Very impressed not only with the IPXO platform / marketplace functionality, but also the customer service provided as part of their engagement.

We have used more than 6 subnets from IPXO, 6 months old.
First of all, we had to pay an extra 5-10$ each time because there was a balance system, because they do not show the payment commission on the site and you have to load an additional balance afterwards.
Due to the spam problem in their subnet, they provided a balance refund, that is, they refunded the $70 we did not use as the site balance. But we couldn't use it because it's not a $70 service.
We did not want to buy a new service because of these problems. Then they deleted our remaining $70 balance and did not refund us.
IPXO is a company that humiliates itself for $70 and steals $70. Never ever use it.

I work in Cyber Security, all the IPs I see from IPXO are fraud attempts, specifically a counterfeit check ring spamming our customer base with the overpayment scam. Is that your client base? Date of experience, HA! Daily for the last year.
