Ordering was simple and prompt . Delivery was within a couple of days and given the demands on delivery service this was impressive . On day 9 and already feeling results however with the rain bucketing outside I would love a slice of sourdough - toasted , buttered with cheese ....mmm and washed down by a few beers . That’s where it all went wrong . Find the whole process great at breaking bad habits .

Seeing your assessment of pre-diet habits demonstrates that the diet is not just about weight loss. The abstinence from conventional foods allows for ketosis to maintain comfort (protect those ketones) and as you rightly said it breaks the bad habits.
