Incompetent or liars

These are nothing more than drop shippers for pogocycles. They have no stock and offer 0 support. I was continually made promises after promise my bike would be shipped and nothing but more and more excuses and unbelievable tales. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

Faulty bike and zero support from seller

After assembling the bike (they send it partially assembled and you have to install front wheel and brake disc, handlebar, seat, pedals, lights, mudguards, and rear grid), the front wheel looks stuck and makes a high-pitched noise. I tried reinstalling it but the problem persists. I reached out to the seller and they asked me to take pictures, make a video, and write a detailed description of the problem. After I sent all that information to them, the solution they offer is they send a new brake disk for the front wheel for free, but they want me to pay €25 for the shipping charges. In addition to that, they want me to install the disk and do all the work myself. I asked them to provide support through one of their “partner bike shops” (as they advertise on their website), but of course they’re not partnered with any bike shop. I’m still waiting for them to take responsibility for providing a bike in good shape, and to give me a solution that doesn’t rely on my time and money.
