I'd question it being an irish based website? The ip domain was abnormal for a website taking some time loading. This website appears to be China based. Wanted to return a product under consumer returns within 14 day time frame, they only kept sending emails that someone will be in touch soon. I've written this off as a bad experience. Be mindful and careful punching these don't appear to follow return policy.

Never used Irish Supply before but took a chance based on the reviews. Glad I did because the service was great and the product is better than expected. Will be using them again.

The smart scale is easy to set up and use. Battery life is excellent, and the connection via app is amazing, as it tracks your full body composition analysis. It is handy to monitor your health journey via the app, I like it how it is very detailed. Keeps me motivated.

They replied promptly to any queries l ever had with their products and l would buy from them again.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend.

I ordered a product called Glidecurl, a rotating barrel hair curler, from Irish Supply on April 13th for €65. It finally arrived on May 7th, but to my surprise, I received a completely different and much cheaper item — a two-pin plug version that looks like it costs no more than €20 and is of no use to me.

I contacted the company immediately on May 7th. They acknowledged the mistake and said they needed to “investigate” and would get back to me. Since then, I’ve heard nothing. No update, no refund, no replacement — just silence.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m out €65 with a useless product and no sign of resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Irish Supply.

27th May Update: After numerous emails and follow-ups emails, I finally received my refund. Thank you but I would be reluctant to shop again after this experience.

Scam website, ordered 3/4 weeks ago, order still has not arrived and not sure I'd it will but if it does, they clearly take your order and money and order it from China

Bought a pair of earphones for running. Earphones would not charge when I got them and hence wouldn't work. This product was not fit for purpose, I contacted the company and after a few emails I was ghosted. Would never recommend this company to anyone!

Fast shipping and delivery that didn't require a minimum purchase. My order had a minor problem, but it was fixed with a free item, so I can't complain about the customer service.

Do not buy from Irish supply. The goods are from China or elsewhere. It is not a Irish company. You will not get a refund.

Purchased a hair straightener that doesn’t work, infact no instructions about how to operate it at all. Terrible product

Shocking website . Took weeks to deliver a "stupid" toy for a new pup. None of my emails were answered. Incompetent company.

Tried to order items but website offered a free gift,which was added to the cart but charged for at checkout, sent multiple emails to customer care but no reply, no physical address either, be very careful as a lit.of people unhappy with the service and product quality

Hi i assumed this was an Irish company !! I ordered a shirt 6th October & no sign of it to date. E mailed the company. Got a reply from Jane who assured me i would soon have item. I still havent got it !! Tracking saying its in transit. Sent two further emails to Jane & no repky. I doubt if i ever will receive the item . It is definately not an Irish company. If only i had read previous reviews. Even if i get item i dread to think of the quality or lack thereof.

This company or if you call them that are total scammers and need to be stopped from ripping the Irish people off . They trade under Irish Supply , Irish Supply solar solutions , and registered under Aled Ventures limited ??? So who are they ???
They have no store , no warehouse , no stock . They simply advertise products from China and when they get an order then they order from China !!! This can take from 4 to 10 weeks and sometimes goods not arrive . Plus as to be expected when coming from China 90% of goods are fake . Then the big problem? Trying to get a refund , they simply try to wear you out with no replies from emails hoping you go away and therefore no refund . A simple system which simply put is fraudulent. I ask everyone who has had a problem with this company to put up a review and share it on social media. It's time the people fought back and put a stop to these people. Always use PayPal or visa credit cards which cover you for a refund . Stop these scammers

Ordered a facial hair expilator from this company. Took over 3 weeks for delivery and then would not even switch on! After more than a dozen emails to the company they would only offer a 50% refund - is this how they make their money, send items that do not work and then offer only a 50% refund. I insisted on a full refund and eventually, with great difficulty, they agreed to the refund but insisted that I return the item AT MY OWN EXPENSE, which I had to do as they refused to pay the return postage even though the item never worked. Not even worthy of one star!

Not Irish. My experience - Shipping takes a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks. Cheap, low quality overpriced Chinese products. Positive reviews are bought. You have been warned.
