Irish Company my A####! Based in Cork …. Must be Cork in China! Can’t track awaiting month for order for leather cleaner and if I knew these were most definitely NOT IRISH would not have ordered AVOID

Unfortunately there is no less than one star, which this company deserves. Ordered shoes for my wife on 24/6. Now 22/7 and still no delivery. An email to company just received the reply 'in transit'. The tracking information is a load of codswallop. It just states 'in transit' and gives no idea where the product is or when likely to be delivered. It seems to be aimed at keeping you quite for a long as possible. Thankfully, I purchased by PayPal and I will give them one more week after which I will open a dispute. The items are not sent from Ireland. If you are going to buy from China go to TEMU, who are much more reliable with deliver and accurate tracking. Will never go near this company again.

Delivery takes over two weeks. Zip broke the first use, quality terrible.

One star is generous. Scam company and certainly not Irish as the name would have you believe. Goods not delivered and emails go unanswered. Paid by debit card so not sure if I have any comeback. Please avoid this company.

When I checked the reviews before buying they seemed positive. I can only guess that they were fake. Appalling company. Based in Hong Kong! Lousy products, rip off.

Not Irish, do not go anywhere near this company unless you want a poor product and one that takes at least a month to deliver,

Can't believe I didn't read the reviews first before ordering. Ordered 20 days ago and still not here. Not an Irish company at all. Don't expect much from the product when it finally arrives if reviews are anything to go by.DO NOT ORDER FROM THUS COMPANY.

Ordered an item from this "Irish Company " based in Cork Ireland with an 021 number and contact person is Jane Mccarthy 😀, laughable ordered item 10 days ago ,contacted me and said colour eas not available,,playing for time ,can't get a tracking update, lesson learned,,not an Irish company wish I read the reviews before ordering ??

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Cant believe I got fooled into this SCAM!!! The handheld hoover that I thought I was buying from an IRISH company couldn’t be further than what I thought it was going to be, what a pile of sh&t! It fell apart on the 1st attempted use (I didn’t even get to use it) and it cost me €50 and it took a month to deliver…I’m so annoyed at myself honestly!!!!!

Rip off they, imported "Made in China" poor quality. Did not look like the picture on the website.

I know prices of solar equipment is pricy but these guys seem far too expensive. You do get rebates from the SEAI grant but I can't justify the cost at all

Wouldn't recommend irish supply solar, the quote took far too long to get back to me and found exactly what I was looking for way cheaper from another crowd

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an item from them but it never arrived. They said it did and asked me to contact A Post. I told them they were responsible as they hired A Post to courier the item to me. They offered a partial refund. No way. They they asked me for more money to re-order the item. I checked the legislation and they as an Irish registered company are responsible. They disputed this so I sent them the legislation and told them I would contact the consumer protection and rights organisation. More E mails until eventually they agreed to a refund. I am awaiting the refund now after approximately 10 E mails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Misleading product description. I purchased the "GRASSGRIP Stand Up Weed Puller Tool" for €29.95. In the description it says "removes weeds without bending, pulling or kneeling GRASSGRIP 45" stand-up bamboo long handle saves your back and knees". I was expecting the 45" bamboo pole as mentioned in the description and featured in all of the photographs - but there was no pole included in the delivery. Very misleading product description.

Like all the other bad reviews here, product arrived and was 1000% below the standard as advertised. They have this elaborate online presence masquerading as an Irish company but are based somewhere in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We tried reach out on Facebook and they deleted all comments. All products are at least 400% marked up and would get the same item on Temu for significantly less :(

Bought the Bath mats recently and im extremely disappointed. Cheap Chinese rubbish thats half the price on Temu and no doubt comes from the same factory.

Recently bought a product, that arrived from China! Not an Irish company As advertising! I would have ordered from wish or Ali express if I’ve known its doing the exact same thing!
The product is not working and ignoring emails!
Said product be delivered in 2-3 days and didn’t arrive for nearly 3 weeks!
Do not order from this company!!!

I recently bought a garden weed-puller from Irish Supply. It was advertised as including a bamboo stick in the package. It did not and I had to search for a handle in local stores, finally finding one that was too big for the tool and having to chisel it down to fit.
I contacted Irish Supply to ask for the missing handle to be sent to me. The reply was that there is no handle available.
Irish Supply did offer me a €30 voucher for the site or a refund for the tool which cost €29.95. I am not interested in getting a voucher for the site and I did want to keep the tool. I suggested that they refund me the cost of the handle I bought, but they could not do that. I see they are still advertising the tool with the handle. I would not feel able to trust the company in the future.
Having said all this, I find the tool very useful for weeding, particularly dandelions, though it breaks the root half-way down, so has not eradicated the plant.

-------------------------------------------------------Since I posted this review I was contacted by Maya of Irish Supply with an offer, which I accepted, of €10.78 refund. This almost covered the cost of the handle I had to buy.

My order from Irish supply was actually delivered from HONGKONG YUNEXPRESS, which leads me to believe that Irish supply are just middle men. I’m very disappointed as I believed I was doing the right thing and ordering from an Irish company. The order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive I might as well have ordered it off Wish as the quality looks just as bad

Item faulty. Customer service is so bad and delivery takes ages.
