Sub standard faulty hand held hoover from China

I ordered my husband a hoover for his camper in November and it bearly arrived by Christmas.

It came with a short lead with a cigarette charger.

It took me a couple of weeks to source an adapter and when I did, the hoover was faulty and would only work when plugged in.

I had charged the hoover but couldn't read the instructions as they were in Chinese 😟.

I assumed Irish supply was Irish/English supplier not a rubbish Chinese supplier.

I am disgusted that this company did not take my word for it. Originally they informed me that I could keep the hoover and they would replace it. Next they requested a video but it was too large to attach

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs!! Placed an order in November for a Christmas Present. It’s now end of January and didn’t receive the order and they refuse to refund me my money.
It’s not an Irish company!!! Everything comes from China !!

Late and overpriced.

I thought I was ordering from an Irish supply company but it turns out they get their products from Asia so the waiting time is alot longer than expected. In my case the item I ordered arrived 10 days later than their estimated time and I paid about 5 times more than if I had ordered from Asia myself.

Ordered a foot massager

Ordered a foot massager. Supposed to be Irish company 🙄 it came in today from Beijing. Cost me 31.45 and Shein has the exact same one for 5.63. Stay clear, ordered on the 8th January and received the 23rd January. My advice go to SHein, they are reliable and stuff comes in sooner than the so called Irish supply, also way cheaper.

I ordered a head shaver believing I was…

I ordered a head shaver believing I was buying a product from ireland I placed this order on the 6th January and the delivery date given has passed and the so called tracking just says its in transit.
Very disappointed so far.
Gets even worse they say on there site that they get back to customers who contact via email within 24-48 business days but in reality they don't my delivery has said in transit at the Dublin parcel centre for four days now and the delivery time given when I placed the order was the 10-15 of January 2024.nearly another week gone by still no delivery item just static at the parcel hub Dublin.WHY?
ANOTHER UPDATE MY DELIVERY WAS APPARENTLY SENT TO THE WRONG PARCEL HUB SO ITS NOW BACK IN DUBLIN PARCEL HUB .I COULD HAVE WALKED TO HOME FROM DUBLIN WITH TIME TO SPARE WITH THE TIME THIS DELIVERY HAS NOW BEEN IN DUBLIN

I ordered three items in November 2023…

I ordered three items in November 2023 - first item arrived in mid December and when the other package arrived it contained a small package with orange plastic squares. The order was for two portable chargers. I contacted customer service who said I had received the order. They no longer respond to mails.
I would never order from this company again.

Buy off shein or temu

An Irish company that buys what you order from Asian company’s- drop shipping. Frequently late, look closely at the reviews on their site- they look suspiciously similar. I left a one star review for an item I purchased (it was JUNK) and it was deleted an hour later. Left a 2 star review for another item a week later, also deleted. Dodgy dealing if you ask me.

Irish supply are to be avoided

Irish supply are to be avoided, terrible CS! I dont believe the positive reviews on here about their CS?
Not even sure they are an Irish company judging from the goods & lack of replies. Ordered a few items, over-priced for what arrived as can get same for half on other asian sites. Arrived late, some still not received yet. Initially got a few responses but as they could not find the rest of the items & had to give me a refund, responses became less & eventually none!

Irish supply CS are woeful

Irish supply CS is about as bad as it gets. First it was late & they just kept saying hang on. Then it arrived, not great quality & with half missing & they said they`d look into it. Look like chinese knock offs you can buy for less than half what they charged. I keep having to chase their support as they dont come back unless you harass them & have just stopped responding now. 4 weeks & counting still not got resolved. Steer well clear of them as there are better & cheaper sites who do similar!

I bought 2 car handles for my grandpa…

I bought 2 car handles for my grandpa and dad. They are already using them, I just hope they are really durable because it's scary they might get injured if it breaks. But based on the appearance of the product, I think they are safe.

Fortunately

Fortunately, I found these Anti-Slip Leg Pads, I've been having a long-standing issue with my chairs frequently slipping. I had a hard time installing them because my hands are not very strong, but they really grip well on the flooring. Nice!

Appalling

Appalling. Their lines of communication are absolutely dreadful, the didn't send the correct product, and I am still awaiting a refund despite sending them multiple emails and photos of the wrong product they sent me. I was also waiting for inside of 2 months for the wrong order to arrive. They haven't ever returned with a refund and most of my replies end up being hit with an automated receipt of communications. Impossible to get in touch with and have been holding my money for a product I did not order.
