Never again.I thought I was buying Irish,instead I was buying cheap Chinese goods sold at an over- inflated price.The product was not what I expected and missing a part.I was asked for proof of this..send a photo. When I go to find return address,the page won't load.Initially,I had some correspondence but nothing since and my 2 week return window has expired,you can guess the rest.I am so angry but at myself as well for not reading reviews here first.

I purchased a cordless hair curler and my hair got stuck several times. All I want to do is talk to someone on live chat as I have sent several emails and got no response. Maybe someone here can help

Their returns policy is fake. Got a shoddy damaged product, asked for a return address and details. Never got it. Yet they bombard me with emails every day.
AI at its worst.

The worst service! My item was TERRIBLE quality and now they won’t respond to my email so I can return. 8 emails with no response.

I Ordered a brand name Wallet for a gift. Received a Chinese knock off. Terrible quality and not what was advertised. Literally had Chinese stickers on the box. Customer support was good. I took a partial refund. I couldn't return it as I had thrown away the original package.

I ordered an item on 28th November. It arrived on 13th of December and was not what I was expecting. I contacted Irish Supply by email and requested a refund. I was encouraged via email to accept first a 30% refund without having to return the item, which I declined. I was then offered a 50% refund without having to return the item which I accepted as the email said it would be processed immediately. That was on 15th of December. I still hadn’t received the refund by Friday 5th Jaunary. Avoid this company.

I would give them -5 stars if I could! Shocking experience. I ordered a portable charger on on the 11th of November for something the first weekend of December and it only arrived yesterday (04.01.24)! And what arrived was a package of orange plastic blocks! Shocking behaviour and terrible terrible thing to do! I paid €62 for something and I am heartbroken that it didn’t arrive in time and even more devastated it didn’t arrive full stop!

I had ok dealings with customer service pre Christmas but nothing since! I have requested a chargeback from the bank as this company has committed fraud so fingers crossed it all works out! Would NOT recommend to anyone!!!

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I ordered 3 large charger stations for my 3 children. They still haven't arrived. But got these ridiculous teal coloured rectangular shaped plastic pieces in their place in post box on 20th Dec. They are claiming this was my order and I received it? Absolute rubbish..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROWD. I'm still waiting on reply from them as they are choosing to ignore my emails. Who the hell orders plastic pieces for their teenage children for Christmas. I'm owed over 150 euro and I want to reimbursed or either the 3 products I ordered and paid for.

These lads are pure chancers. Cannot understand how they have any positive reviews. All their products are hugely over priced usually by 300-600%. Delivery is from China and takes weeks. They give the impression that they’re Irish. If you look at their products and have a quick search you’ll see the exact same items for a fraction of the price. They must be laughing their heads off at people’s naivety. Avoid or be mugged!

Total scam. I ordered a charger, and was offered a game, so I went for it, with the promise that the game would arrive in time for Xmas. It arrived on the 28th dec, what’s worse no sign of the charger (€59,95+postage)
And they stopped answering my mails

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. If you look closely all of their positive reviews are submitted in bulk on the same day - clearly someone’s task for the day. Ordered something a number of weeks ago. They claim to have delivered it but it never arrived. Customer service is a Bot

Advertised as an Irish company, sells cheap Chinese products, no English instructions that come with them either!😂 laughably lazy not sure how this company is as big as it is, entire things a scam, website screams fraud, please stay away. Not to mention having paid €35 for a product other websites advertise as €10,

Wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing. This is not an Irish company, its cheap Tat from China on which they are marking up the prices extortionately. Despite these Christmas presents for my kids being ordered on Dec 4th, did not arrive until Jan 2nd. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a game called ‘balance building blocks.I paid €29 for it . It took weeks to arrive and I have since seen the game on other websites for €5! Total rip off and this is not an Irish Company

Avoid this company , products are not Irish , my order came from china and is inferior and was late for Christmas, customer service non existent

Bought 2 power banks on Nov 28th, paid extra for postage and they didn’t arrive till Dec 28th. Terrible customer service, false date given for arrival on Dec 12th.
When they did arrive no postage address to be returned to, if needed. After 36 hours of charging, power bank at 75%. Will never buy again from this website.

I purchase a retro hand held game from Irish Supply on the 4th December, it didn't arrive until the 28th Dec and when it did it is pure plastic junk. I paid 34.95euro for this and it is not worth 2.99euro. I would not recommend this site, the shipment came from Hong Kong and has stopped working after 1/2 day. I am shocked at the level these companies go to to scam customers out of money.

The service at Irish Supply is top drawer. Got a quick response from Mary who helped me sort out a size issue with my sandals. Such helpful and efficient customer service should be the standard everywhere.
