Ordered Christmas presents on the 20th of November. Now December 21st and they have not arrived. I have opened 2 support requests and no reply. One of these gifts was from Santa. Absolute will not be ordering from these muppets EVER again l.

I ordered two wireless charging stations from this company and yesterday received a small bag of plastic type bricks. The company is not legit. They claim to be Irish yet the package came from a company in China called Beijing Yanwen Logistics. So please do not order from them. You will be disappointed. What I ordered were Christmas presents that cost 100 euro.

Then I saw the banner about fake reviews so im guessing they are being targeted by a competitor or something. Got my refund in full and also a gift card for the hassle. 3 weeks later no tracking number no phone number to call company they don’t reply to emails. Dont use this site folks 100%scam

My foot massager seemed to be faulty, but they stood over their policy and sent me out a brand new one which works perfect, free of charge. Getting some use out of it, its really helping.

My order was damaged by the postman who threw it over my gate. I wrote to support and they were helpful enough to look after me and send out another free of charge. Really appreciate this and they didnt have to go above and beyond like that. Very happy

I've been waiting going on 3 weeks for a pair of gloves there's no way this company is irish and based in Ireland I won't be purchasing here again and I'm fed up of sites like theses.

I ordered a product that was not suitable and needed to be returned/ refunded. It has taken over 6 weeks to get refunded after dozens of email's repeating the same request.

This company has the worst returns process I have ever encountered. They systematically ignore your request then offer only partial refunds, hoping to give the least back via their wear you down refund tactics.

I eventually got a full refund after a great deal of effort. Stay well away from this shop who are only masquerading as an Irish online retailer.

So, I got this item from Irish Supply, was a bit damaged but they were on it like a car bonnet. Offered me a new one for free, no messing. The customer service was quick, proper friendly and helpful. They even chucked in a few recommendations for other stuff, which was sound of them. I reccomend these guys..
