This Electric Foot Massager Pad that I bought is good. At first, I was a bit nervous because I was thinking there might be electricity suddenly entering my foot, but it turns out there's nothing at all. It feels comfortable, especially if you want to sit down and relax, even helping you sleep comfortably.

BEWARE....In my innocence I ordered a hover ball from "Irish supply" thinink it was an Irish Company selling Irish nade goods but I had not checked so that's on me. Received my package today from Hong Kong and for what Ipaid €24.99 which was supposedly half price? I could have got in Smyths for €5 for exactly the same thing. Furthermore the packaging was damaged am absolutely disgusted and will not purchase from this site ever again.

Absolutely not an Irish company.
Please don't fall for this scam site. Took weeks to arrive, came from China! And it was cheap and flimsy. Not as described on their site. Same item is €4 on Aliexpress, Shein and Temu. I foolishly paid €25 thinking I was getting a higher quality item from an Irish company... so disappointed, as was my son. Avoid!

Order put in on 22nd Nov 2023 for 2 different items. Received 2 separate emails to say each item was on way but just one order number for them both. I didn't know if they would be delivered together or separately. I sent a query but the response (days later) only showed me how to track an order which was of no use to me since it's the same order number for both items and 1 has now arrived.

1st item arrived on Mon 4th Dec with no box or instructions...just a bit of plastic around an item that frankly looked used.

No sign of the 2nd item...more than 2 weeks later!
No response from my last query as to what happened to my 2nd item.
The worst part is the lack of communication. I have no idea if the 2nd item is delayed or on the way.

Placed my order 17th Nov 2023 and still (6th Dec) received nothing!! Emails assured me that my order was on it's way and they gave me An Post tracking number that is bogus!! Asked for a refund and was told they couldn't give me one as the item was in transit. The tracking number they attached to it took me to a Chinese site!!! I had asked previously if they were a legitimate Irish company and was assured they were and based in Cork. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
UPDATE! They are not even a registered company, their CRN680551 is bogus!!!!

Very poor customer assistance/service.

Ordered incorrect size in error, contacted Irish Supply immediately by email and was assured that as order hadn't been processed, size could and would be changed.
Item arrived today, more than a month later and was the original incorrect size.
Won't risk purchasing from them again

I thought I was ordering from Ireland but it's a Chinese site. So took ages to arrive

The leather repair patches are exactly as advertised, completely meet our sofa repair needs, and they arrived reasonably swiftly. I've found Irish Supply to be a reliable and easy to use service (this is my second time)

I ordered an Any Sharp kitchen knife sharpener because it had good reviews and was easy to use. I eventually received a different, cheaper, product and nobody communicated that I would receive a Chinese knockoff product for the price of an Any Sharp. Stay away from this site.
Update 08/12/2023, They have taken down the Any Sharp product from their site and replaced it with the product i received. My mistake for not looking at the order confirmation email more closely, they replaced the Any Sharp product I ordered with the Chinese product and i didn't spot it. I do not appreciate how they do business. They will now respond to my review with the order ref. no. showing the knock off product i received.

Ordered a product in October, late November still received nothing from IrishSupply. Emailed the service department got an automated response. 2 days later received a response stating that my order was lost and a replacement dispatched. Start of December received half a product which did not include a battery or charge lead, so it could not be used as intended.
Complained with photos to them, they emailed stating I could have a 50% refund or a replacement provided I returned the product at my cost.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS, THEY SELL JUNK!!!!

Bought a product (26/10:23) that took well over a month to arrive, it doesn’t work & despite numerous emails to them looking for help I have heard very little back. I would not recommend them. Stay away much better companies to deal with

STOP! Waste of time and money. Parcel was claimed to have been delivered successfully BUT it wasn't. Asked for a refund but no answer. Don't let the name "Irish Supply"fool you.

I placed my order the 10th Nov and cancelled same day (maybe a couple of hours later. All the contact I have with them is through emails stating they are looking into my request for a refund. I have since received 2 deliveries from other companys within a few days. Does anyone know the contact phone number for them?.

SCAMMERS! I ordered an item and have waited over 6 weeks. When I email they send BS form letters. I have askesd them to show they have shipped and my order still shows pending. I ask for a refund and they send me their policy saying I had 14 days after order. They refuse to send me the goods and have stolen my money. SCAMMERS!
Edit: The order arrived miraculously from...CHINA! NOT Ireland! It is a cheap, non-working knock off. The company is a fraud.

This is not a Irish company the name is deliberately misleading they are Chinese beware

Ordered a gift for a birthday from them, I got a tracking number and an email telling me it had been dispatched from Dublin on the 14th still no sign, several emails sent and all BS answers received. Wont answer who the courier is etc. All promises and no deliveries. Waste of time. A pure scam of an "Irish company". Shop elsewhere.

I placed an order on 12/11/2023 and I am still waiting on it. I have emailed them a few times and they keep telling me I will have my order in 3/5 working days but I am still waiting . I ordered from them because they are supposed to be Irish company but I don’t think my orders are coming from Ireland. Not happy with this company. One of my orders was supposed to be a birthday gift but not anymore as he birthday was last Saturday and I had to buy another gift. Very disappointing.

like others I'm 5 weeks waiting. I am so disappointed still no goods received. money gone from my account 30/10/23. no way of tracking. I should have knowing something was not right as no confirmation email when I bought the product. PLEASE BEWARE

Apologies. This is not a scam. The product I ordered finally arrived after some confusion, and seems to meet the description of what I ordered.

Beware , horrible experience, they re-order from China . As a customer above I ordered from an "Irish based company" as the advertising to support local businesses , however instead of 3-5 delivery days advertised it took over 3 week to receive a package. During this time I was emailing Irish Supply numerous times asking about exact delivery date,but they were not able to provide it. I ordered splashy toy for my kid and toy arrived faulty. I tried to contact customer service team again on several occasion but they keep spamming me with generic emails saying management team reviewing it but without resolving my issue. Please do not buy from these fraudsters
