I ordered a number of items on next day…
I ordered a number of items on next day delivery to complete a project that was due handover imminently. They sent the order to the wrong address and only half of the order was sent due to being out of stock although noone told me this until I chased the order up. They found replacements and sent out on next day pre-10:30 am but again got the address wrong. Despite a number of promised deliveries, 4 days later I am still to receive the full order and have had to source items from other suppliers to meet my deadlines.

Poor service
The keys did not fit the locks and after 4 emails, the company did not seem interested in sorting the issue out or refunding the money or even advising us where we can get keys that would fit as they are the designated supplier.
