Just to say I found the staff that I spoke to very helpful in ordering the replacement key that I required. As I write I have not yet received it although it was explained it would take approx 2/3 weeks!! Difficult to finalise my review as a consequence?

I knew the keys I was after, and after a phone call I was directed to the online ordering page, where it was a very simple task to register, detail the keys I required, pay by credit card and relax!

The keys arrived on the first working day after the Bank Holiday, so no complaints there either.

Item in stock on website. Ordered. Paid. Then get message stating out of stock and 3 weeks lead time. Cancelled order as got next day delivery from competitor. Still waiting for refund of paid money.

They were very helpful, when asked for additional Information. The goods, some fire tested and classified bolts, arrived on time. However, no test documents were.included. They prommissed, if such documents are ever needed, they would be able to provide on a request.

I recently purchased a variety of hardware from Ironmongery & More via their website. The experience was excellent. All the items were well packed, delivered promptly via a carrier that provided me with a 1 hour delivery window. There was a stock problem with one small part of my order and I was contacted and offered a more than suitable alternative. The staff whom I spoke with were extremely helpful and knew the hardware business. This company offers a wide variety of items that will delight both the trade and the DIYer. Very impressed with speedy delivery of some cut keys I got.

Although the website showed an out of date product, it was clear that their supplier had let them down by not informing them of changes. Nevertheless they were on the phone quickly to sort out a solution - and the lock I wanted is on its way from another source FOC. Anyone can make a mistake/or not update info, but its the way the problem was sorted that really impressed me. Tim Ward was the guy I spoke to, and very helpful.
