The product was as described, over packaged, and the DPD delivery service was very poor, los a day waiting, then when arranged to colloct from a designed place needed a passport, driving licence and utility bill to retrieve said item with a value less than £3

I am sorry to hear that the service you received from DPD was poor and you lost a day waiting for your package. As part of the DPD service, they send a text message with a 1-hour window on the day of delivery, however as we did not have a phone number available they were unable to send a message on this occasion. Unfortunately, the terms of conditions of all carriers is to provide identification when collecting from a pickup point, which Laidlaw have no control over.

Items not as described
Items ordered were not as described on their website nor of the quality I was expecting. After some delay in customer services responding to my email and telephone message they finally came back, looked into the matter swiftly and promptly refunded my money. So I can't fault them once they were on the case. It is a shame that the items weren't right.

All items were as described. Delivery came with half missing. Had around a week of making calls to chase up the other half before they finally got delivered. Customer services were helpful.
