The site is French. They are based in the Netherlands… and their stock is from China. The picture of the item looked good quality, very good quality. And states 2-4 days delivery. Not a hope will this item come to Ireland in 2-4 days.

when I saw the Pulls en cachemire pour femmes” at Isabelle-Mode, I decided to try it, and I’m glad I did. the cashmere is soft and cosy without being bulky, which makes it easy to wear in autumn and through the rest of the year. The fit feels modern and comfortable, and it works well for both casual days and work. delivery arrived on time and the packaging was neat. I’m satisfied with this purchase and would order from Isabelle-Mode again.
Poor quality - wish I had gone to Temu.
Received the wrong article, an unlined cheap and shoddy blazer. I should have read the reviews first and did not - my own fault. However, after now reading the reviews, I do not want to go through the hassle others have gone through to try to get a refund. The article is badly creased, too thin to wear, it is blue with a cheap brown button, I shall press it and donate to a charity shop, they may get three or four quid for it. I hope people will read my review before parting with their hard earned cash, as I did.

It would be better to have an option of - stars. Awful company, DO NOT USE. I placed an order using my correct address, they emailed asking me to confirm address which I did, I also screenshot the order stating the address was correct.
They have changed the address to one that doesn’t exist in the UK and stated garment is in transit. Emailed to say the address they have imputed is incorrect and doesn’t even exist, they have emailed to say too late to amend.
I have no hope in receiving this and have asked for a refund which they will not provide as product in transit??????
I would say this is a total scam and will be charging back on my credit card!

SCAM: UPDATE: 24 NOV 2025.- As other people reviews' confirmed, I received a template email not acknowledging the problem (even though I sent pictures) and offering to me a 15% discount for future purchase. They go around in circles until you get tired of claiming. I asked for refund and I can see, is not going to happen.
I checked and the exact same articles are sold in Temu by a fraction of the price.
Please notice that some of good reviews are not real costumers. Pay attention to the drafting.

Difficult to return
Well the details below give a full history of dealing with this company.
After receiving many emails from the company none offering a full refund I decided to go online and request a pay back from Visa. I paid by debit card visa and I had enough proof to show visa that I made every attempt to get my refund. After just 7 days of completing the bank claim back form I received an email from isabelle mode informing me that they have refunded my money. The amount was less than 40 euro but I was not going to let this company keep on taking money from buyers.
😠 Shocking Quality and Difficult Returns Process - Seeking Resolution
I ordered a jumper/blouse (Order FR 2127871) for €34.9 and was deeply disappointed upon its arrival. The quality is extremely low, the material is very thin and shoddy, and the fitting is completely wrong (ordered small, received what fits like a medium). I would not value this garment at more than a few euros, especially since I found an identical item for sale elsewhere for only €7.95, which highlights the excessive markup and poor value for money.
I immediately contacted the company via email to request a return form.
**Isabelle-mode's response was disappointing:**
1. They acknowledged my complaint and stated I would have to return the item at my own cost.
2. However, they then offered me a 10% store credit of the purchase price to keep the item, stating this would "save me from this costly process."
**My Reply:**
I declined the 10% credit and confirmed that I wish to return the item for a full refund as it is unusable. I specifically asked for the return address.
**My Concern:**
I am now highly concerned, as I have read numerous Trustpilot reviews indicating that this company fails to provide a return address or a refund to customers, effectively leaving them out of pocket and stuck with the unwanted garment.
I am now giving Isabelle-mode a final, public opportunity to resolve this issue professionally:
**Isabelle-mode:** Please honor your stated return policy and immediately send me the correct and verifiable return address for Order FR 2127871 so I can ship the item back for a full refund or refund me in full.
A prompt and positive resolution will allow me to update this review and restore some faith in your customer service. Failing to provide a return address will confirm the concerns raised by other negative reviews.

See the final email received from them below. The last paragraph states if I prefer to return the item they will issue a 100% store credit !!! Still no offer of a refund.

Ordered a Panama hat for a friend's birthday. From looking at the website it appears they are based in the Netherlands. After chasing 2-weeks later I was told they did not have my correct address, which is weird as it was paid for via ApplePay which I have ordered items many times before. Item still took a further 3 weeks to arrive by which point my friend's birthday had passed and I made other arrangements.
On receiving the item it was poor quality and actually arrived from Hong Kong NOT the Netherlands.
Once I asked to return the item they will try and avoid this at all costs, offering you more and more store credit via their website, all the while pointing out that sending could mean it gets lost. the store credit started at 30% and no need to return the item, after many emails it got to 70%. finally getting the return label the address is listed in Hong Kong.
If they don't want the item back why not just give me my money back?????????
Sending the item back from the UK to Hong Kong would cost almost the same amount as a potential refund. When pointing out the differences in address they are not interested. At this point they can keep my £25 as it's not worth the hassle.
