I love your product. But I remember clearly that it was written on the top of the page - free returns (may 2, 2023).
Now I tried to find info about the price of return it is not clear and easy to find.
I returned one item - and I got a bill fir 49 kr- it is unfair.
Your reputation is absolutely destroyed for me.
It is not fair. It is not pleasant.
Will I buy anything? I am not sure.
