From my experience they dont own servers they resell them for fair prices (My poland vps is from artnet datacenter)
Good prices , Good quality , support crypto az payment method but unfortunately weak support
Activating new server could take up to 10 hours and their average support response time is more than 3hour
I dont want to give a complete negative review because i use their services and they are pretty good but they really need to improve their support system

I bought their service but I was unable to access at least one time. Poor customer service. I have requested refund since I was unable to access at least once. They have rejected refund. Don't buy their service. Better services out there.

They require a non refundable account balance equals three times the product you bought just so they can open a port of your vps which is basically a scam the balance is non refundable and the product itself is not refundable

SMTP ports are blocked by default on our initial tariffs for security purposes, to prevent the use of our services for other purposes, it is indicated at each step when ordering the service. In order to unblock SMTP ports you need to go through KYC procedure, this will allow us to make sure that our service will not be used for unauthorized purposes.
