TOTAL SCAM
Do not purchase anything from this company. I made the order on August 15th, haven't received it yet. E-mail said that the order has been delivered, total lie. Zero star.

If I could give zero stars I would total scam bought what was advertised as a linen top what turned up was a cheap mis- shaped t- shirt material top advised not to send back by the customer services team and told the picture does not alway reflect what you are buying false advertising SCAM do NOT buy from this company very unhappy customer lesson learned 😡

This company is a scam. I did research on this company and is NOT legit neither is insayna. I think they just set up a bunch of accounts that are actually from the same company and just do a bait and switch. I spent $65 on clothing and I can't even get a tracking number or get a hold of them. I have a research this company and it doesn't even show up on the better Business bureau. I reported this to Pinterest and they are going to take care of it. If they do not send me my money back I've spoke to the police and they said to bring in a copy of the money that they absconded with and we will file a report. From there the report will be forwarded to the FBI for false and fraudulent businesses.

I ordered 2 tops from Isnaya last spring. I never received them, which cost me a little over $50. I never heard from them again.

As others have stated this company is a scam. After much back and forth this is what I received.

There should be a way to give no star. I ordered two items and received one of poor quality and the other looks nothing like the beautiful picture of a multicolored long sleeve cotton top. It was a cheap polyester short top. They responded suggesting that I give the item away as sending them back would be too costly. But no offer of a refund

I ordered three items, foolishly. Two of the items are poor knockoffs of the items displayed on the website. The third item doesn't come close to what I ordered. Shoddy workmanship, incorrect sizes and not worth the money I paid.

Sme story here. But if we all filed complaints with Their Platform Shopify, maybe they would drop them so it would hurt them in the pocket book!! I hope you guys read this!!

Orders some things in March which still has not arrived.
I should have known no confirmation # was sent.
They say they have no record of my ordered, but they received their money from me. At the time they were using FARRELLS CLOTHING on the site.
Like a dough head I placed another order in June, again no confirmation # but they received my payment
This time it was called ISNAYA on there site & also showing exactly what I ordered in March

Don’t waste your your time & money, they have a no service policy!!!!! Feels like a money grabbing outfit

I ordered 3 items once received none appeared as pictured and I was sent a different item of far lesser quality than I ordered. The wrong item was picked I ordered a blouse with long sleeves and received a short sleeved cover up for the beach.
I emailed them them with pictures to show the difference and asked them to ship what I ordered as in picture..no response..I’ve emailed several times no response
This is fraud and a scam.
They have not replied or agreed to send what I actually ordered and paid for.
If you see them on Pinetrist or any other site you would be wise to avoid as they have a history of doing this bait and switch from my experience and previous reviews.
It’s fraud and they should be shut down as a business if they do not intend on honoring what they claim to sell.

The two products purchased bore no resemblance to the pictures shown of two loose, floaty soft cotton tops. When received they were of a jersey type fabric and clingy. Eventually agreed a refund 0f 35USD after paying 50USD as not able to return the items to CHINA!

Ordered a clothing item seen on their portal. Received an item nothing like what I had ordered. Isnaya tried to persuade me to accept their mess up at a discounted price. And were hesitant about me returning it. I have reported them to the relevant authorities. I suspect the item I ordered was a scammed photo from someone else's website. This is how these unscrupulous traders make their money and get away with it. Time to shut them down!!!

I ordered a Leopard Print 2 piece shirt and pants set, and was sent a man's shirt which was the ugliest looking shirt I ever seen in my life. I asked for a refund and was offered 15.00 dollars of the 42.99 that I spent and could keep the shirt they sent. I'd rather burn it, I wouldn't be caught dead in it!! Or I could send it back at my expense. These people and this company are robbing each and every person who orders from them!!! They are modern day crooks and this company is the biggest joke on the planet!! And their clothes are of very poor quality!! Don't order anything unless you have money to flush down your toilet!!! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM FOR THEIR DESPICABLE, UNEXCUSABLE PRACTICES!!!

Like many others, if I could give a zero.
Sent the wrong item. A mans vest instead of a ladies shift suit. The other item I ordered was correct, but quality very poor & sizing way off. I emailed them & have heard nothing.........silence.

I ordered a suit of clothes from them for $51.98 on 3/9/23 to this day I have not received the order and they also do not return the money, beware of them they are scammers

If I could give 0 stars, I would, I should have known better, awful clothing, nothing I ordered, no tags, don’t even know where it came from.

I can’t give zero stars. I only wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. I got a random assortment of rayon crap that didn’t even have a resemblance to what I ordered. The crappiest quality that you wouldn’t even buy for hallowe’en costumes. I’m so disappointed and angry.

I ordered a sheer linen top. I received an ugly polyester sack. When I requested my money back, they told my it would be too expensive for “me” to send it back. They told me to gift it to someone else. Luckily I used PayPal and was able to get a refund. Scam, scam, scam! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

The most expertise scammers that u can't imagine. Do not recommended to buy anything from this website. They advertising something totally different at what they send u. They don't accept returns not refunds. Pretty bad experience. People be careful with Isnaya.

Don't expect fast service. Also and foremost, the product quality is extremely low. They will NOT send you " linen" dresses. Nor will it even be the item you order. You should know that they do NOT offer returns. Do NOT order from this company.
