I can’t believe you didn’t have the decency to let me know you had gone into liquidation, or that the show was no longer going ahead in Birmingham! I was in touch with you on 11September and was advise the location in Birmingham would be advised closer to its October 2024 date and you must have been aware on the 11th September, it wasn’t going to happen! Disgusting behaviour by your company and the people involved. Where is my money?????

This is a scam and it’s been going on for far too long. Why this person is not in jail I don’t understand.
Utterly disgusting I hope someone eventually catches up with them and they get what’s coming to them.

Our event was cancelled at Bristol 28/6/24 not the company's fault but a month later I still haven't received my refund I've called 5 times sane excuse terrible customer service a few more calls than will have no choice small claims

Avoid at all costs!! Operating live. Absolutely rubbish. They promise loads and do not live up to expectations. Reading off the phone, poor set up and had no scientific knowledge. Paid £3000 to entertain and set up at our school. So disappointed at the delivery of the programme. Asked them to leave 2 hours later. Made a complaint and no one responded and all complaints were ignored.

Awful. I have had to contact trading standards over a refund they owe me. I have since been blocked on Instagrm by these people. Avoid.

We went last night. It was so much better than I anticipated having read some terrible reviews. The production was great. The acting was good, particularly the defence barrister. There were no technical glitches and everything ran really smoothly. Timings were good and there was plenty time to discuss the case with the table. It was a really warm evening but the temperature in the tent was fine. The food choices were minimal but ok. The toilets were clean but smelly. Chairs a bit uncomfortable.

Room for improvement, but very entertaining night. Actors were excellent, all staff were friendly , happy to help and I would definitely go again to a different trial.
The downside- there wasn’t much variety of food- but what was on offer was delicious, seats were uncomfortable and flooring wasn’t level.
I also think for the price of the tickets, parking should have been free.

Ok set up, enjoyed it. Food/ drink were satisfactory, served quickly. Best to go with group of friends.
Points to improve- premium tickets are not worth the extra
- seat really uncomfortable for a considerable length of time
- toilets too close to arena/ food/ socialising area and understandably smelt.

Bought tickets to murder trial live in 2019, show was cancelled. No refund ever received. Absolute scam. Can’t believe this is back up and running.

Booked tickets in 2019 - show cancelled due to Covid, never heard back. No Contact, was promised a refund. Blocked on social media & can see from recent reviews they're still at it!!!

Couldn't give a zero as it doesn't exist !
I went to the show 25th February only to be refused entry for pointing out on Facebook that parking was free as I had that verified by the venue who was hosting this shambles of a show.
I asked for the boss but was told he was not there, instead he made two young doormen do his job for him.
I am requesting a full refund but don't hold out much hope as I have seen so many complaints on the Facebook page about this company. I have also been blocked by the admin.. don't know how they sleep at night ripping people off.

Attended Bournemouth this afternoon.

Was disappointed that front row premium seats didn’t give us first access to dissections as stated as a sort of bonus. The back rows were right next to them. We were told if we want a specimen we’d have to pay. 2 specimens on a table over roughly 10 tables to share for 200-300 people. 

When pointing this out to staff along with others who had paid more for tickets. The front staff (3 guys) were so rude, ask for a manager was told there wasn’t a manager or anyone in charge.

I went to another crew member and the operations manager was there and after speaking with him. No one paid for a specimen and 3 per table. He apologised for the way staff to me.

Programs are £12 and not worth the cost as it’s put up on 4 large TV screens.

Another then the clear money making from drinks, programs & bring forced into buying specimens (we didn’t buy any so don’t know the cost) when clearly it states on their ticket details ALL specimens are available to dissect. They tried to back track and say wasn’t the case, however lady behind us made the point she didn’t buy our tickets as she didn’t want to do that part.

They clearly don’t like taking responsibility even when pointed out & they pushing extra costs.

Check about parking as we saw the posts about parking charges (which at a school shouldn’t apply!) we parked on main road.

It really good (bar scamming money!) the guy spoke way to fast & didn’t go into pathology/forensics or what a post mortem is. More biology lesson & the crime isn’t important just a set up for the next tour ‘the murder trail live’

Really enjoyed the whole experience at the Nottingham venue,we were able to dissect organs,everything was explained really well and
the anatomist was really interesting.

I wouldn't even leave 1 star if I had a choice. Do NOT book. Show doesn't go ahead and you don't get a refund. They will happily reply to messages until you mention refund then its like you dont exist. Absolute scam of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID THEIVES

This company isn’t even worth one star !!! I Paid £160 for 2 tickets to see post mortem live and have been scammed , they said the venue was to be announced later which I didn’t think was fishy as I’d been to one of there murder trial events and it was a great show . The event is supposed to be on Sunday 21st jan 24 I’ve tried contacting them their numbers are now not in use and they won’t respond to my emails. I will be reporting them .

I bought tickets to Murder Trial Live for my parents for Christmas 2019. The event was cancelled twice - once in Feb 2020 due to weather and then again in March 2020 due to Covid. I requested a refund multiple times, and never received my money back. It is now 2024 and I have contacted them again as I see they are now selling tickets to new events meaning they are bringing in money so can therefore afford to give me my refund - but there is still no response from customer services. This is a very poor excuse for a company, disgustingly bad customer service and absolutely no value for money whatsoever. They ripped me (and countless others) off using Covid as an excuse to bury their heads in the sand and not give people their money back. If I could give zero stars I would. Give this company your money if you dare…

Ordered some tickets for murder trial live as a gift for Christmas but the date on the tickets isn’t right, there’s no venue, and it’s been about 2 weeks and nobody is replying to my emails, WhatsApp or Instagram messages. Avoid!!!

Had tickets for Northampton which was moved to Milton Keynes for a big top event rather than the hotel I'd booked for. The hotel event included meals so was around £70 per person but we were offered premium big top tickets and vouchers for food and drink. Big top event was cancelled and then we went into lockdown and no refund. The company wouldn't reply to anyone's messages or emails and we all just lost our money. I had booked for a table of family and a table of friends so ot was a big group and we lost a lot of money. This may be a new company in name but the same people who dissolved the company rather than give people their money back and now they have the check to set up a new company and carry on like everyone will forget it because it was 3 years ago. Nope! Deleting people's FB posts and blocking them and writing patronising posts saying it's 4 years ago, like it's all water under the bridge does not cut it. I really hope we can get the word out for people NOT to trust these people anymore than their other name company
